Courtney, on Talksport, speculating on a 50-50 split in the crowd. He then said Leeds had sold 3,000 tickets. Are we expecting such a low crowd?
-
So is it generally accepted/hoped that there are still two parties interested? And are we assuming they would be Freddy and some Americans?

Radio stream online gone off???

I was surprised but then I don't recall him ever playing in any of these charity games so maybe he is not able to like Terry Butcher who has had a knee replacement. Any idea why Waddle wasn't there?

Prices through the thread are starting to get slightly more realistic, but even so I would honestly be amazed if we got upwards of £2million. This is the board who seemed to haggle Man City down for Given remember.

Who was your cousin, if you don't mind saying? Going by his avatar, I would guess Kevin Brock.

Man City to make £50m bid for Newcastle United supporters

Don't be so hasty, hold out a while longer and you might get £590 out of them. -
Would it be too synical to suggest it looks like he is doing his best to pick up a suspension?

I'm off to florida today for two weeks. There had better be some significant developments when I come back!
-
Was there no Caulkin article today then?

Nice enough shirt that Chelsea one, but just what use is it going to be away to Everton or anyone else in blue?

I have had to take a 10% pay cut due to the current climate. Surely this applies to football just as much as most other industries at the moment, probably even more so. And that is before we even move onto the fact that you got relegated.

I heard it Kinnear has been given the all clear by doctors to resume duties Don't even joke about things like that.

If there is one thing Tottenham do well, it's sell players for ridiculous amounts.

Any idea why there is such a difference in colour between the modelled shots and the top on its own? It's not too bad if it is yellow and white, but the yellow and err, yellow is yet another reason for the rest of the country to laugh at us, and justifiably so, its as bad as bolton's and everton's.

The bottom line of all .com fixtures: So yeah, they've got it. It says nothing in there about them being the preferred fanzine. It looks more like they stumped up the wedge to reproduce. I agree, it wouldnt suprise me if the nominated 'fanzine' was some official club magazine like that 'Black and White' one a few years back.

I've heard two different rumours on radio today (TalkSport and Today FM - Dublin) about Kinnear coming back. Someone please please please tell me this can't happen.
-
There was a journalist on TalkSport this morning saying Real wanted either Evra or Clichy.
-
That got me thinking. Say Ashley has a fatal, erm, accident. Does the club pass on to his family or what?
-
What is Harris' background and what is it that makes him the only man suitable to sell us? Is he a mate of Ashley or is it that he has a huge contact base of rich businessmen? Surely having him dealing with more than one sale is a conflict of interests.

I didn't realise just how bad that white patch was. How hard would it have been to use the same white for the patch and the stripes? The same goes for the black sponsor patch, looks very amatuer, no better than the old 'iron on yourself' blue star we got to cover the Greenalls sponsor.

They'll be wasting their time with those bids once he hears Sunderland are interested.

Gary Speed being heavily linked with the Swansea job. If Shearer stays it looks like there will be some interesting games next season against Keane, Wise (Watford?) and Speed.
