Even though he signed a pre-contract deal for Spurs the day after Roeder was installed? He'd have to have been fucking quick.
-
He's also said he's been wanting away since the day he arrived.

There wasn't a single person in this country apart from FA employees and Boro fans delighted to see the back of him who thought hiring McClaren was a good idea and now the chickens have come home to roost. As for Paul Robinson, he gets worse and worse and worse. The fat twat is abysmal. Inclined to say he'll have a blinder on Monday too but he's been his usual fat blobby "I'm going to take 8-10 days to get down to this shot" self the last few times we've played them.

Stolen my thunder. Allardyce must be pissing himself.

Indeed. There was none of that where I was like, I was totally bemused at hearing boos and I genuinely didn't have a clue what they were for. I was just chuffed to see the introduction of two class players who can make a difference in a tight game, which is exactly what the pair of them did - I fail completely to see how that change didn't constitute "going for the jugular", but I fully believe some people probably did think that. Fucking dense some of our lot.

Fair play to the new regime for trying new things, but this hasn't worked imo. Bring it back. Interesting that they say the upbeat ending of "The Kids Are United" was one reason for scrapping it when the final drumbeat of Local Hero was often accompanied by the loudest roar of the day.

"It's alright, I'm not going to steal your breakfast, you fat prick."
-
I like James Milner, but he's not in young Charlie's class imo.
-
Probably the Babayaro fear factor. As long as Enrique stays fit, I'm not too worried. If he's out from time to time, Charlie can go back there and we've still got Duff to come back or Milner (yes I know) can play down the left. Some real cover would be nice, but I don't see it as a priority.
-
Why so many people wanting to sign left backs?
-
Makes more sense than booing Oba, but still a pretty stupid thing for people to do. Wasn't exactly bringing a fucking centre half on at 1-1 was he? No wonder Sam's said he's taking credit for the substitution.
-
Really? He's looked absolute class so far imo.
-
Aye he was. The wing swapping didn't do him or Milner any favours I thought.
-
I find it very very hard to believe the booing was for Oba. I haven't got a clue who or what it was for though. Thought it might be the Everton fans booing either Owen or Emre, but it did seem to be for Oba, perhaps the decision to bring him off, but that didn't seem to make sense either when you're replacing him with Michael Owen. Very odd. If anyone did boo Obafemi Martins for today's performance (he didn't even play badly ffs), I wouldn't let them back in the ground tbh.

Cacapa and either Faye or Rozehnal, I like them both a lot. Faye is very dominant in the air, while Cacapa and Roz read the game well and are good with their feet, so perhaps Faye and Cacapa is the best partnership, one of each. So good to be picking the best two centre backs now. For as long as I can remember we've been picking the two least worst - and that includes when Bobby was here (Woodgate being the honourable exception).
-
Bollocks. How the fuck was he at fault for the first goal? Because he might have got a touch on a goal that Johnson would have 100% scored anyway? Enrique was our best player today. Not sure what game you were watching.

Fucking wankers. Come on Arsenal!
-
Trouble with Cole is that he doesn't really have a defined position, he's a bit like Dyer in that sense. Needs to move clubs too I reckon.
-
Looks like he's going to be a real quality player, and I thought they were mental paying that much for him.
-
No first touch, no movement, blah blah blah. Right now that's out the way, he's great isn't he?
-
Very sad. Hope he pulls through.

Stop being a moody cretin and lying/making things up/over exagerating things again wullie i haven't ever said that Ameobi is more prolific (and certainly not profilic whatever that is) havei ? Please point out to me where i have ever said he's more prolific (or profilic) ? You said that Shola would have created and scored more than Viduka in the opening few fixtures. Well done, you spotted a typo, have a banana. You've made about a half a dozen in that section I've quoted above. I won't point them out though.
