We don't have to think very far back to remember a player who had a fantastic grafting debut, indeed first season, before being found out as limited. Smith did ok, but let's not judge on one game either way.

Rozehnal was occasionally shaky tbh. ? i thought he was one of our best players. So do I, he was still a bit shaky though once or twice. Don't hold it against him in the slightest though, 1st game etc etc. For "shaky" read: "inexperienced". He's liable to make a few mistakes because of this. Only real qualm I had with Rozehnal was when Davies got past him on our left hand touchline in the second half and left us short of numbers when Roz really should have cleaned him out. He'll learn, he was pretty impeccable other than that.

Can't believe anyone can moan about our second half performance (apart from Crumpy obviously, who just does it for the wind up) - for far too long we've been soft touches away from home, often we take leads and piss them up the wall because we haven't got the spine and the fight when our backs are against the wall. Now we have, or at least we had today, and folk moan because we didn't go and beat them by 7. Unbelievable.

Thought all four of the new signings were very impressive today.

Delighted to see West Ham get fucking done at home. The team they put out wasn't much different to the shit from last season - apart from replacing Tevez with Bellamy - Hope the fuckers crash and burn. In a way I'm glad the mackems won just cos we've knocked the cunts off top spot. As for Spurs, if they think they can break the top 4 playing like that, they better think again. Only one game obviously, but they were shocking.
