  1. Sevilla very strong at home and Sociedad in very poor form. Should be coming in.
  2. Barca were well off their game. Probably didn't help that their front three all went halfway round the world for proper qualifiers while Real's either dossed around or played in local friendlies.
  3. I'd think badly of anyone who didn't want him kicked to death tbh.
  4. Think he plumped for the 'experience' option in choosing Tiote and Taylor, unfortunately he hasn't got the 'experience' of the rest of us watching those two liabilities.
  5. Did anyone really think he wouldn't be, other than those who like to delude themselves over every single signing we make? We basically paid £4m for the player and another £8m for 10 England caps. Pretty much the same deal with Shelvey.
  6. At this stage they were only 3 points back (with a game in hand, as we have) and had just won 2 in a row.
  7. Can't get over the amount of them back at the end, in a game it was fucking imperative we didn't lose.
  8. What a bunch of feeble wankers. Not a brain cell amongst them.
  9. Fucking fuming I forgot about that game for BTTS. Bloody stupid kick off time.
  10. Last time I can remember Taylor playing at right back was against Everton with Arteta up against him, easiest game Arteta's ever had, took the absolute piss out of him.

Quite apart from the fact that he was only found NG on one count, it's frightening that there appears to be a significant number of people who seem to believe that a Not Guilty verdict = definitely did not happen, 'twas all lies.
  12. Nick Hancock did exactly that for a while, he was a mortgage broker about ten years ago. I always think that about soap actors, particularly those who show up every so often. Like what does Jim McDonald do with his time between his once-every-five-years cameo on Corrie?
  13. Piss off Opta. Welling have now won a game btw.

  15. That is one of my favourite ever TV clips, I can still remember watching it live.
