  2. What about those of us who've chucked it in over the last few years? It was difficult for every single one of us but the world won't end if you pack in going - you'll find yourself with a much cleaner conscience knowing you're not funding it.

Chap on Total Sport says Mourinho and Ferguson couldn't do better.
  4. I'm starting to feel like betting at this stage of the season is a fool's errand.

  6. Unsurprisingly standing up and making noise for 60 seconds was too much hard work for our superfans. At least there was a sizable number who did but was a bit too similar to Hull. So many deserve what they get with this pathetic club A lot of fans didn't know about this and id say most who did stood up and it was fairly loud. How did they not know? Its not exactly a covert operation this ashleyout thing. Every newspaper and radio station has covered it at some point. Giving people far too much credit for their naive stupidity I was there today and had to explain what it was about. Those who knew did their best. I spoke to fans who were their against Spurs who said they were shouted down as Scabs on Sunday. We should be better than that. if you were in any way aware of the events of the spurs game and then didn't follow that up to see what ashleyout was and what else was planned from the various groups then you're either a f***ing idiot or of a generation who still get their papers delivered sick of the excuses made for our fans personally, absolute f***ing idiots We still need 3 points to stay up so I went today. I stayed away against Spurs. There's loads of people on here taking the high ground who don't/ can't go regardless. The club only will survive by those who do or could go. People should stop having a go at them. Charvers shouting scab serves no purpose, fans did protest in the ground today, Stewards were confiscating leaflets. Don't in fight. How is the club going to be saved by the people who continue to keep piling money into his pockets?

    Holloway from Palace maybe.

    Steve McClaren

As it stands, there's a genuine chance this lot might not even make the play-offs.

Most managers who bring a team up from the Championship ultimately get found wanting and we're chasing one who can't even manage that.

McClaren wouldn't get me back on board. I don't care about the results anymore, I need inspiration and he's one of the least inspiring people in football. Mind, I'm not sure anyone could get me back while Ashley's there.

Aye. Didn't even gan radge about the dodgy ticket I sold him.
  13. Dundee playing Celtic tonight at home, Dundee are evens just to score. Celtic's defensive record is impressive but given extra time at the weekend and the fact that Dundee have scored in 100% of their home games, and both fixtures against Celtic previously, I think that's great value.
  14. I got similar. Just cancel the DD.
  15. I did the same this time last year. I emailed to say I was cancelling, they told me they couldn't do it from their end and that I needed to cancel the direct debit. Did that then got a stock letter a few days later which I just ignored. There's no credit agreement so there's f*** all they can do if you just cancel without letting them know, other than keeping your previous payments of course, the horrible c***s.

There will be significant investment in summer because the squad isn't fit for purpose - not even close. Sadly this will fool a significant proportion of the support into buying tickets and shirts, which is why it seems to be club policy now. It was the same last summer and this is how they cottoned on, hence so many contracts running down. There's far more positive PR to be sucked from the gullible by buying a French Sammy Ameobi for £3m than renewing the contract of the one we've got. Do that for half a dozen fringe players and "Wow! Look at the ambition!"
  17. 6/5 for Spurs to score twice was a hoot. Had them to win and -1 too.

Pity him and his fuckwit mate Bright were taking the piss out of Newcastle fans just last week. He'd probably have been doing the same to those two if Tony Pulis hadn't just come back and completely shown up the King.

Wow, fucking hell. Way better than I thought.
  20. Certainly made me look daft. Humble pie everywhere.
