  1. A warning if you're a 365er. They're disqualifying people who don't use their account regularly from the offer so check your messages if that's you and you were going to bet tomorrow. Both my dad and a mate have had a message saying they're out.
  2. Spurs have really been hit hard by the Europa League, that's why they've qualified for it for the last four seasons running.

    John Carver

Link for the second one? Voila.. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/john-carver-tells-newcastle-take-5507029? Colback has been the most consistent performer this season apparently. He has tbf. Offers nowt every week.
  4. Then why did he pay ~£8m for Cisse in January 2012, when we were perfectly safe, full in the knowledge that it would potentially put us in mortal danger of relegation (i.e. qualify for Europe)?

  6. Even better when you've got them to score twice. Gorgeous strike.
  7. Bet365 offer - Tuesday night, Atletico vs Real.
  8. His record at Palace is very similar to Glenn Roeder's having taken over from Souness. Should we give him his job back? Pardew won 5 from 27 between December and October btw. The only people who look daft are the ones retrospectively re-writing history and coming to the conclusion that Pardew was going to suddenly surge up the table with Newcastle. The footballing press have an incredible short term memory - a few months ago, it was the West Ham fans who should eat humble pie because of their previous opposition to Fat Sam. Fast forward three months and they're sinking like a stone. Streaks of form are not sustainable in the Premier League. Anyone who has been watching football for more than five minutes should know this. The press also seem to think that we've all got egg on our faces because our results are crap. From my personal perspective, I haven't given the slightest toss about our results for long before Pardew fucked off so it's no skin off my nose. I wanted Pardew gone because he was complicit in propping up Ashley's regime as much as anything, I wrote in the Mag that if he hired another goon to replace him, then we demand that person's head, and on and on until there's either a huge change in policy or Ashley gets sick of the hassle and fucks off. We're a small step closer to either of those happening and that is fucking great. You can sit and pine for another 0-3 smashing off that lot next season if you like but I'm ecstatic to see the back of the snake and that won't ever change.

I'm just listening now, definitely worth it.
  10. They've been abysmal for weeks. We should definitely get their manager in.

What makes Remi Garde so desirable? He's done bugger of worth all as far as I can see and has no experience in the Prem - and £30m would barely address getting the team back to a functioning playable side, let alone any depth. We need this giant ass-clown out regardless. You have to go down to ninth in the Premier League before you get to a manager (Allardyce) who was appointed to their club with genuine "Premier League experience" Mourinho - no (first time, in which he was a roaring success) Wenger - no Van Gaal - no Pellegrini - no Rodgers had one season's worth, and had been a success in his first season without any Pochettino had one season's worth, and had been a success in his first season without any Koeman - no Monk - no There seems to be absolutely no evidence, as far as I can see, that looking for Premier League experience in a manager is of any benefit whatsoever.
  12. I hope no one followed the above despite it being right, barring a stupid fucking last hurdle. I did, and on a double with Conti.

After years of in-ground protests, Cardiff fans boycotted an FA Cup game in January. Within a week they were back in blue. I'm sure the two events were completely unrelated though.

The fans. Love the cut off section of the headline that Charnley's got too.
  17. It's your classic honeymoon period. He's not even managing as many points as Glenn Roeder did after Souness.
