Has Pardew done is post match interview yet or has he gone into hiding along with some of the players?

Colo is back for Stoke - but the players are still dropping like flies.

I'm rapidly losing faith in him. He took the plaudits last season (and rightly so), but this season performances have been garbage and we are perhaps lucky to have as many points on the board as we do. More worrying is that he seems to be losing the players, with some of them choosing to hide when they play. Lose the next two games (we'll certainly get nout at Stoke) and he's gotta go. It's not like today has been a one off.

They of course have to take some of the blame, but Pardew has to as well. Stoke must be rubbing their hands ahead of the game on Wednesday. Yup - excuses from Pardew for me, especially when he has 'rotated' so much for the Europa League. I'm bemused as to why the modern day footballer cannot play regularly 3 times in a week, or is it just me?! We all know the squad wasn't strong enough at the end of the summer window and for a man who said he would be 'banging on the owner's door', to get players in- it's bullshit. I still think he deserves some time to turn it around, but time and excuses are starting to wear thin. I wouldn't pay to watch us at the moment, as the football has been piss poor.

As others have said, it's an indication of how hard up we are at present.

Can only hope he's not injured too bad, because we are fucked without him. Next to Cabaye, our only creative player and the only one of the two that has performed consistently this season.

Awful performance, the 2nd half especially. Pardew blaming injuries yet again, but it highlights that what we have in reserve is too inexperienced or not good enough. We so badly need new bodies brought in, in January - but I'm not convinced Ashley will fork out. Pardew said he had no idea about Ben Arfa's injury (time out), but said that Cisse could play on Sunday. He looked very angry too.
