  1. Best of luck, Sir John.
  2. Awful piece that and the sad thing is, that people will believe it. Same old rubbish being spewed once more.
  3. Aye - have since told her. Apparently he kept on telling her his mobile no/address but she wasn't interested.
  4. The wife's best mate was out on the town last night and got chatted up by Kevin Nolan. She didn't know who he was, but when one of her pals pointed it out she told him where to go. Didn't fancy being played by a footballer apparently. Shola Ameobi, Andy Carroll and Steve Harper were also out - no doubt all celebrating.
  5. No to a bus tour. It's a case of job done and get ready for next season. This has all been done low-key and it must remain so, IMO.
  6. Proud - would never have thought we'd be up by Easter Monday, just prior to KO against WBA fpr the first game of the season. All things considered, it's been a remarkable season. Well done Hughton and the lads.
  7. Not a great game, but job done and PL here we come. Promotion being secured before KO seemed to unsettle us a bit, but we've come from behind again and got the important win. Now to take the title and build for next season. Been a good day and yes, I've been at the whiskey.
  8. Thank christ for that. Job done, but lets make sure on Monday!
  9. Jonas on for Barton. If we hang on here, we've made bloody hard work of it. Harder than need be.
  10. Nail on head. Will WBA and Forest be resting players? I'm not so sure.
  11. Hughton has to make changes at HT - it's just not good enough given the importance of the game. I know we can still get promoted next couple of games, but what's wrong with getting it sewn up asap? The man shows fear when we play away from home, and surely that's transmitting to the players.
  12. We sound very poor so far, but Peterborough doing well. Usual suspects, particularly in midfield letting us down once again.
  13. They nearly score again. Nice one, Chris - team selection backfiring so far.
  14. Team is a surprise - obviously keeping some players on ice for Monday. Hope it doesn't backfire on Hughton, this.
  15. They were pish tonight. Sold their allocation but very quiet given the importance of the game (I was up in the Leazes Corner)
  16. Fantastic win and a good team performance. Forest did OK but lacked a cutting edge and we then got the win that we deserved. Took us a while to get going as both sides seemed to struggle with the conditions. However, two great goals from Shola and Enrique and it's Premier League here we come. We could go up on Saturday if Forest lose against Brizzle City and we beat Peterborough. I reckon it'll be done on Easter Monday though. Great turnout tonight as well, with just under 46000 there. Forest sold out their full allocation, but their fans were pretty pish and very quiet for the most part. Expected a bit more from them if I'm honest rather than the tired 'You've never won f**k all'.
