On reflection I wouldn't say we have. What I will say is that Mike Ashley seems to have not only thrown in the towel very easily, but is now seeking to make a profit on a club who's value has been affected by his poor decisions. In truth, what happened last week is a result of years of frustration, IMO. People are fed-up of the folk who run this club taking the piss out of it's own lifeblood. It's happened under Ashley, Shepherd, McKeag, Westwood, et al. Sadly things may have to get worse before they get better.

I bet though nothing will be resolved, and Chris Hughton will still be in charge for Spurs on Weds. The players confidence looks shot to hell - dangerous times indeed.

Could it not be that he was promised the final say at the start, and someone in the club later shifted the power base? That's more likely to me.

Can't see any reason as to KK having a motive to lie over this - he's not that type of man and never has been. As pointed out - Wise, Ashley, etc publicly stated that KK had the final say on transfers. We know though that this has not been the case. Someone (more likely some people) have been lying and it ain't Keegan.
