Dunno what you're talking about. Considering the results we have been amply challenged. -

I know Pardew is the worst thing ever etc, but it's not beyond the realms of possibility that he knows how HBA is doing better than the fans. He keeps telling us Ben Arfa need smatch fitness, yet he get to play only 45mins, how in the blue fuck will Ben Arfa get that match fitness if he doesn't play. As I said, I'm assuming Pardew and staff have a better chance of knowing than we do. I don't know what the real story is. I just think taking HBA off in this game is a complete non-story. And i'm assuming Pardew is a thick fuck and should be shot into space from a cannon mounted in Mrs Bimpy's massive arsehole. Is this your wife? Why are you telling us your wife has a massive arsehole? -
If nobody else can be arsed stepping up, hope he stays and gets 32 this season. Gan on Shola son.

Dunno, seems counter-productive. Maybe he felt a muscle strain. Doesn't sound great. Not fussed about the game per se as I didn't see it, but he's a cause of concern for me. Could be just giving him a runout and then protecting him. Unless someone actually knows it was an injury, it's probably nowt. Protecting him from what? Getting pretty sick of protecting him tbh. -

Why did HBA only last a half? Is he still carrying a massive arse? -

Delighted we came through unscathed. Good to see Shola still coming up with the goods. -

Build-up's getting exciting. Comeon you fuckers! No injuries pls. -
Well, not seen them anywhere else, so I suppose they are. Good quotes as well. Talking exclusively to SportsDirect News, he said: “I didn’t think it would be fair for me to try and persuade him one way or the other because it was a decision that was based on his faith. “There are contracts in place for the football club and the player so it was a delicate situation that had to be handled not just by lawyers but also religious leaders and the PFA to make sure that we did this in the correct manner. “All I did was offer him my support with whatever decision he made. “I think the club handled the situation very well. I think Papiss and his representatives handled it well. We’ve overcome the issue and that benefits the football club because he is a great player.”

For all this, 'we don't buy what we need, just buy players on the cheap and hope they fit', we seem to have ended up with a remarkably balanced squad.

mind boggling thought isn't it? with pardiola and killer joe running the show it's almost a nailed on certainty which one we'll be after I'm not buying this like. Our policy of buying players over the last 18 Months or so would actually suggest we'd go for the younger with a better re-sale. Sick of reading negative posts like this which are negative just for the sake of it. Things could change, but there has been absolutely no evidence of it as yet and the preemptive anguish trotted out is tiresome in the extreme. I'll get on board with this. Not sure your Kinnear/Pardew sabotage theory allows you an invitation. I think it's probably a bit early to be saying all is well within the new structure, like. Kinnear is obviously following the club's policy, though. Still think the Bent deal is just paying lip service to Pardew, and I've no doubt that there'll be many more clashes in the months to come. I've no doubt there'll be disagreements between the two, and I have no doubt Kinnear will come out with more damaging tosh, but as for believing this is all a ploy to get Pardew out, I can't see that at all yet. If indeed it was, then it was a pretty poorly thought out plan as it has seemingly been fatally scuppered simply by Pardew reiterating the structure as he see's it, and Kinnear noticeably retreating from his initial bullish position he spouted on Talksport. I still just think Ashley was frustrated by assurances from Llambias that relegation would not threaten us again, and after being consistently advised to get someone in with 'football knowledge' turned to the one person he knew and trusted.

Did a fine job of running out of space, and his dead balls singularly failed to find anyone, never mind Williamson. Saying that, he'd be worth a punt, maybe even up to this supposed £8m. I do like the look of him, seems to have an intelligence about his game, and he can certainly be pretty tricky. Not sure he'd be as much use as Downing in the short term mind.

What's Kinnear doing with him, man? Seriously, it's not unusual. Llambias was the in the initial photos for a fair few of his signings. Says everything about Pardew's current position, really. It really doesn't.

St. Mirren 0-2 Newcastle (FT) post match pigs**t from p17

Charlton beat these lot 0-3. We're fucked. -
Well, let's hope the players can handle it.

It's not just about Pardew sitting back and letting the team play, he needs to help structure them and work on it. I'm not expecting a vast difference, but it seems they have been giving it a go. Anita - "I can’t wait to show the fans what we have been working on and where we are. We have played good football in training and we want to show it in the Premier League." Is that a genuine quote? Seriously heartening if it is. Aye. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/well-shock-premier-league-rivals-5430438
