  1. I would be disappointed if we lose Krul, Cabaye, and Cisse, and then fail to bring anyone in bar Kemen. That wouldn't strike me as a sensible thing to do. I hope we don't do that.

Sounds a fair chunk to pay if Kruls not on his way out. Krul's on his way out.
  3. bog off! doenst matter how subtle you are, ur still not allowed in Madame Cholets nickers.... thought you had resigned ur self to this by now? http://www.clker.com/cliparts/m/3/T/K/x/v/down-arrow-hi.png 87%

Is that not him just doing what he always does and getting the excuses in early? He did it all last season and it doesn't matter who he wants or wanted if he can't get the best out of who he's got or had. Yeah, because when he's trying to get his excuses in for when Joe doesn't get him what he wants, naming the two most atainable and yet least supporter friendly strikers out there is the most obvious choice. Christ on a bicycle, lads.

No fee agreed. Eagles co-chairman Steve Parish - “No terms have been agreed because we haven’t got an agreement with Newcastle United,” “There have been a few conversations with them – not on a fee, just details. “He’s had injuries, but to clarify nothing has been agreed. “It’s something we’ve made an enquiry about, that’s all.”
  7. Pathetic. The nationals have a job to do, and he's stating correctly that Kinnear is indeed "a source of easy material for the southern media", because, well, he fucking is. Hardly an attack man, based on that one quote. All I'm guessing he is saying is they may well be overplaying the level of turmoil he has caused. If so, good. / Have I just defended Ryder? // I need a shower.

Hmmm, that don't sound like a man on the move. Kinnear's dropped a bollock by buggering off for his hollipops.

Is Gosling going to Palace via the medium of a sponsored cycle, or is this now 'set to' fall through?

    Loïc Remy

    Aye, similar players tbh. Totally.

    Loïc Remy

Ryan is out for the season, I can't see them wanting him. Makes about as much sense as offloading Steven for fuck all and having Williamson as sole backup.

    Loïc Remy

Pretty fkn sure they've got our Taylors mixed up. Ryan to replace Remy in the Championship on their wing.

Anyone? Their owner admitted it a few months back, basically said that if they went down they wouldn't have to sell many players but they would have no option on Remy because of his clause. Can't find any quotes, but cheers.

    Loïc Remy

Can someone point me to the facts behind this Remy release clause?

    Alan Pardew

So why does he make Jonas or Shola captain when the chance arises. The man is a walking contradiction. Because, and both obviously and quite reasonably, alongside Colo and Taylor they are part of a very small pool of relatively long standing and presumably respected players in the boot room.
  16. .com has 2014. If they're wrong I'll send them many viruses. Mr Dayo Enebi Achor has said that he has cancelled one of the clauses in his contract. Nobody fucks with our contracts, so this is a clear signal that his future lies not... in the first team.

    Alan Pardew

Imho, he clearly want's to play better football, and more often than not has a fairly logical grasp of our problems. But whether or not he has the wherewithal to solve the puzzle quickly and make it past Christmas I just can't judge as it stands. Last season he failed miserably, but given an easier run with injuries, and more than one decent striker on the books, he's probably got enough about him to produce a decent (and watchable) team. Let's hope the shit with Kinnear hasn't sunk his chances already though.

    Alan Pardew

For what reason? Mostly a gut feeling on the back of the Kinnear appointment and Llambias resigning. He's obviously not at all happy with it, hence the silence up until it was absolutely necessary for him to speak. I think things will continue to be made extremely difficult for him, with the aim of making him walk. Plus, Gus Poyet hasn't been given a job elsewhere yet. A lot depends on how successful they are in pulling off purples. Fail, and even Pardew might walk. Poyet can fuck right off though.
  20. Solid signing for yous, no? Solid... is about as far as it goes. Hardly a signing to get the juices flowing.
  21. Delighted. Greedy cnut.
  22. Are you using this act to score political points? Hope not like. Not sure what you expect them to say either really, but what Blatter said after the Dutch tragedy bears repeating. "I would like to express my sadness and distress on hearing of the death of assistant referee Richard Nieuwenhuizen. I was deeply shocked to learn of this tragic incident. "Football is a mirror of society and, sadly, the same ills that afflict society - in this case violence - also manifest themselves in our game. "Nevertheless, I remain convinced that football - through the example set by the tireless efforts of people like Mr Nieuwenhuizen - is a force for good, and we must continue use its positive example to educate people against these wrongs.''
