Infuriating is another word you could use. I don't think I buy this argument about it all being the result of the German academy structure either. Or it only explains why they are developing talented players. How exactly you get 20 year olds like Ozul & Muller demonstrating that sort of maturity and discipline is something else. I've never seen someone so angry over something. Please, keep it coming. You've not been around here for long then.

Yep. And will have to earn his place rather than be gifted it.

Can't fault their support like. Heroes welcome after being dumped out 4-0.

I think we just have to really look hard at the positives, them being its only a million, he covers nearly all defensive positions, he's 24, English, has captained Forest, had a good game against us, low wages, good lad off the pitch and Hughton has wanted him for a while. Saying that it was this kind of self convincing I had to do with Leona Best, and it didn't take long to see I was kidding myself. Fingers crossed this is more Routledge/Williamson.

Just heard that on SSN's.

Must be tough getting mugged on and off the pitch 24/7

So what happened to him? Star player then gets injured for a while, brought back in during a tough run in where they over achieved previously, filling in at LB his 4th fav position and turned in to whipping boy for their downfall.

May as well stick a bid in and see what happens. Bayern paid €25m so i reckon a £2.25m bid should be enough. Maybe rising to £2.3m if we stay up. They cover his wages though for the next 3 years.

Though Perch isn't really a LB, i reckon he'd do a better job than Samuel.

It's just great news we've got two highly rated keepers on our books with one signed up for the next 4 years. Tim Krul had that game, while Forster has put in a award winning season in League One. Both need game time, if Harper is No1 next season i'd be tempted to loan both out and loan in a cover (or free) for ourselves. Might sound a tad strange, but both need games, especially Krul, I'm sure a 30 something on a free would be happy playing understudy to Harper while not holding back these two young prospects.

That's really gay, at least pick a real sport. Answer: No.

Cutting edge humour then.

Please stop.

Bobby 'took them there as no hopers, and brought them back as heroes'...quite the mirror opposite of Capello then.

As if the likes of Uruguay, Spain or Holland wouldn't do a party of the same quality. He lives in Germany So do I And still you have no point. (in fact even less of a one)

No no, I'm sure I remember reading he did it as a nod to a cancer charity. Like Bramble and a few others who do the A sign when they score, that's also something to do with charity. His house is the same.

Police Seize World Cup Made Of Cocaine http://news.sky.com/sky-news/content/StaticFile/jpg/2010/Jul/Week1/15659038.jpg Police in Colombia have seized a replica World Cup trophy - made from 11 kilos of cocaine. The statue - complete with engravings and painted decorations - was discovered during a security check at Bogota airport. It was made with cocaine mixed with a moulding agent, believed to be gasoline, and was bound for an address in the Spanish capital Madrid. It was found in a mail warehouse. Anti-drug chief Colonel Jose Piedrahita said the 14in high replica was packed inside a box and was painted gold with green stripes on the base. Col Piedrahita said that laboratory tests confirmed the cup was made of 11 kilos (24 pounds) of the class A drug. Police are currently questioning this man: http://blogs.sfweekly.com/thesnitch/diego_maradona.jpg

Eh? Arteta has been class for Everton for a number of seasons now. Big injury last season, 28, last chance to move for good money. Yeah, a big injury and then he came back and was top class again coinciding with our great run of form. It's impossible to understate how important he is to our team. Ireland is half the player and has a reputation bigger than he deserves so to say he'd work better here than Arteta is just total nonsense to be frank. If he's that good a player then he deserves his chance at a big club then. He is that good. If it was someone like Inter and they were offering cash then I'd be gutted but could accept it. Going to City who aren't even in the CL for a pisstake offer would be another matter entirely. I'm just messing with you, I know how good he is, but do think Ireland is an excellent player and will get you goals galore and his work rate would tie in nicely with Everton's setup. As we've seen with Lescott, you won't do bad out of any deal with Citeh, far from it.

Would be a good deal for Everton, they could end up squeezing another player out of them or some cash. Ireland would work well at Everton, probably more so than Arteta. If I were them they should try and get one of their many many strikers.

Just needs to curb his temper and he'll do well. We need someone lightening fast next to him whenever we can afford it and we'd have a deadly combo. I'm glad he's come out and said Newcastle are the only team for him. You listening Taylor?

One hasn't broken in to the first team, the other has been there for four to five years, their ambitions are totally different. One would be buzzing to get 5 league games next season, the other already has 5 years experience behind him and could move on to bigger clubs and still feature in and around their first team. So no, not at all.
