Maybe those winning the league or have ran the leaders close, but I'd imagine it's very low for those coming up through the playoffs unless they were a favourite who faltered early on or they do a forest and buy 35 new players.

So many incomplete teams which has made it competitive but for the wrong reasons. Not many teams willing to address their gaps either. A few key loans in the winter window would have propelled one or two teams. Even Sunderland didn't do enough, and could have for a few mill in loan fees. Can't believe no one pushed for Fraser and darlow going to hull is crazy considering their position and the standard of keepers in that league.

It's been terrible, one of the worst for some time. Now is the season for a random club to get up simply on a bit of end of season form.
-
Yeah, it looks like they blew it last night. Too many teams around them now in better positions and games in hand. They could quite easily finish 12th at no fault of their own, there's that many in the mix. You'd fancy Norwich and Watford to put their so far shite seasons behind them in the last 4 games and put themselves in contention. West brom seem to be picking up again at the right time. Next season is going to be even tougher with at least 2 experienced PL teams coming down. This might have been their best chance of a quick return.

Bhahahahaha

Probably best treat it like National team callup. Everything focused on bonding the team, fitness, and deal with the basics tactically. I've heard he's switched formations...brave and probably stupid, unless its what the players want.
-
Imagine trying to get to know 314 players when you're only there for 7 weeks. Long term, its probably the right thing, but I doubt his pally pall approach is going to yield results. Half won't care as they know he won't be here next season.

They were also very humble & gracious in defeat. Contrast that to the whinging we'd had aimed at us over the last few games, it shows they are generally a class above those who reside in the league. You just know that when something like this happens it redoubles their efforts to move forward and make it better. In 2 months time that will be in 2 or 3 star players. So cheers Villa for pointing out not everything is perfect.

If Longstaff & Targett started yesterday it would have been a different score line, maybe even result. One is essential to the way we play, the other is a liability. Both need upgrading in the summer though, that's for sure.

Bournemouth rescue the weekend

All of them.

He's crucial, it seems. We do need to go out and buy the best DMC we can get our hands on though. Ugarte. Make it happen, Amanda.

3 away games on the bounce is tough going and it seemed a game too far. So glad burn was hooked. Worth it not to see that shite again. He's backup at CB from now on. Nothing more.
-
That's enough for me. Off to watch my horses lose.
-
Hopefully the last we see of him. Done a job, time to move on.
-
Burn has to be dropped. Complete liability.
-
Pathetic performance.

Just seen his recent goal against Lens. May have softened on my opinion of him joining us. Honestly no idea when this game is from.
-
A loan to see what he's about isn't such a bad place to be. Would he want to come? Would he see it as a step down and need to swallow some pride? Would we deal with his agent again? Lots of questions on this lad and his situation, then he has to settle in a new Country, a cold region, away from the dazzle of Paris. JP on the other hand, already settled in the Country, is ready to step up, hasn't spat his dummy with Watford keeping him in the Championship and if Watford miss out on promotion, then its 100% certain he'll leave and on his terms after staying this season.
-
guess that's his natural move then. Still, might not be flashy enough for the toddler to open his wallet.
-
Well it is true. He'd be 3rd choice in any position here, which is where he's at now. Unless he's had a rude awakening or a complete personality transplant, then this one isn't worth the trouble. Much rather have JP here, better all round player, and much better attitude.
-
Well, if he's a hammers fan, going to one of the other London clubs causes him issues. So it just depends if the Manchester & Liverpool based clubs are interested. Don't think Citeh need him. Liverpool really need a Henderson replacement, but look likely to miss out on CL next season, so Manure would be the competition, and why we mustn't assist them by buying their shite, topping up their coffers and freeing up squad places.
-
Sounds like they went to sack him, and forgot he put a clause in his contract stating they can't.

Due to location it's a straight shootout between SJP & SoL, and the SoL never stood a chance. Its smaller, unheard of globally, in a terrible location for surrounding hospitality, poor, dated, corporate facilities and built cheaply compared to SJP. Our ground isn't in the best shape it's been in, but we're clearly revamping it regardless of this bid, and will be looking to expand before 2028 as well. SoL isn't getting a penny spent on it unless it was funded externally (won't someone do it for us attitude strikes again)

If we get CL, why not go get Rice? With him we're likely to keep getting CL. I could see it happening.
