It’s like watching England vs Khazistonia in the euro qualifiers.
-
Made it to the water break

If the takeover happens let’s hope it’s the last we see of 15% possession, everyone behind the ball games at home. Not blaming either manager, they do what they have to with these players.
-
The team is far more comfortable defending in this formation. Since that’s all we will be doing today then it makes sense.
-
I like the socks, would at least do for half of world down syndrome day, but in all honesty I think I’d wear them more often than that. Trainers are horrific though, jeans are very old man as well.

I watched him for a bit today, looks like the shite Ayoze that doesn’t turn up and subsequently finds himself on the end of a few boos. Usually at this point of the season he’s got his fingers in his ears, wonder if the restart has done him?
-
Honestly man, what a shithead. Not even arsed about watching now.
-
Darlow, ffs Keepers don’t need resting. Maybe dubs has a knock, I doubt Bruce is that stupid, but it’s Bruce. Fucking hell man.
-
More like shuffling them as news reporters do when the want to look busy.

Arsenal are shite.

The Reubens and Staveley have to be part of the test, as they are going to own, and run, the club!! If probably come from here: http://www.thefa.com/~/media/files/thefaportal/governance-docs/financial-regulation/owners-and-directors-test-useful-guide.ashx Who does the Test apply to? The Test applies to any person that is defined as an Officer of a club and includes any person operating the powers that are usually associated with those of: • a director of a company incorporated under the Companies Act; or • direct or indirect control over a Club including a shareholding of 30% or more; or • an officer of an Industrial & Provident Society; or • a Chairman, Secretary or Treasurer of a Club that is an unincorporated association. Whether any of the rest applies to them I’m not sure. Based only on their stake they wouldn’t need testing, so possibly badly interpreted from the person who wrote the article.
-
The other 2 parties shares in this are minority and are not part of the test (what I heard at the start, not sure of anything anymore)

‘The takeover is hours, not days away’ the voice in my head.

I believe he really thought it would be Friday and gambled a bit with the good morning tweet but it hasn't come off. People are hearing things, so it must be close. I'm hoping we're just waiting for the money to land. Also, since getting back to work this week waiting for this has been so much easier. Week has flown by. I remember early May where hours seemed to take months
-
Of course they won't pull out. They'll never bow to Qatar pressure, if anything it will make them more determined to make it work once in. This is just fuel on the fire, they'll go all out imo, take advantage of the deflated market and bring in some great talent to get us going again. Also the amount of effort they have put in to piracy, for outsides to influence their kingdom and them to react quickly is a sure sign they are very serious to see it through. As if they'd walk away after all this.

Aggression, front foot, aggression, running, aggression, management, team talk, aggression, did I say aggression yet?

Right now he's 4th choice for me: 1: Dubs 2: Woodman 3: Darlow 4: Gillespie Thought Darlow was out of contract, so surprised to see him still around. If we can't get Woodman a loan to a prem club next season then we may as well keep him here and challenge Dubravka. I think its a sensible signing. We're not committing over a million a year to 3/4th choice keeper, who's best days are behind him. Gillespie should have a bit more in the tank, for less money and probably more agile than a 5ft thick wall. Welcome aboard.

Like the kid at school labelled greedy but really just didn’t see anyone around him as he ran like a blindfolded forest gump. He’s mid career, that isn’t going away, like I said in the mtd, he plays football like a child.

So what was the point in this, the cunt.

Left, populated Mars, sent further missions to Pluto, claimed independence, voted in Donald Trumps great-great-great grandson, realised their mistake and came back to earth and claimed asylum and now, finally, at the stage where its imminent.

+ Rafa signing, broke our record and signalled a change in transfer policy (for my why he gets an easy ride on here. See HBA 'Hope') + Very fast + High workrate + Seem likeable + Smiles a lot + Decent technical ability + Good outlet for counterattack tactics - Doesn't have a fixed position in any formation we play (for me why he struggles) - No creativity for an attacking mid - No composure in front of goal - Terrible decision making - Lashes out, needlessly dirty - Dives far too much - No strength, falls over a lot - Can't cross I don't know what the answer is for him. Of course i want him to succeed, he's a likeable chap and the type of player we should be signing, but its been a nothing signing at best, at worst a waste of money. The fact this thread fell to the 3rd page shows how much of a passenger he is. ASM has become the new poster boy and dominated him on the pitch as well I do agree with Yorkie's post, maybe there is hope under new management, surrounded with new players, but right now I'd have a 2nd striker on the pitch in Gayle/Carroll/Muto as i think we'd get more out of the replacement in terms of goals and creativity whilst relieving some pressure of Joelinton.

What's more worrying that the deals that have been signed, it's the one that hasn't in shortstaff.

Good 3rd choice. Was he here long enough to be classed as club grown?
