Stinks of doing a financial favour for Carrs old club, still a better footballer than rivière so not all bad.

What a stupid, ugly, washed up weird sounding cunt he is. Part of me is annoyed he's got any kind of work, the other part of me is glad as he's that cringe he brings shame on his family.

£7m rising to £9m for Whickam. Think that's a good deal for palace.
-
If he's fit, committed and concentrates souly on protecting the back 4 allowing the rest on the midfield to support the attack then yes, there probably isn't anyone more key for us. He's the only one we've got who can do it, if he doesn't we ship in a relegation numbers or goals and always have done when he's not playing or playing well. I'm guessing they didn't mean that though, so get your point on 442

Pre season means fuck all. Derek Wright was probably picking the teams until yesterday.

I Think there's a good player in there somewhere but have heard he's let down by effort on and off the pitch and it's all about the lifestyle of a footballer and not about the game. Doing nowt and being on £60kpw will do that to you. Another casualty of the modern game.

Seems a damn shame a teenager knows how to handle his career better than those being paid to manage him.

It's the taking part that counts

Aye, the longstanding rules on football clips are really confusing.

Stupid Flanders.

Also the players have been terribly coached for years. It took a long time for things to shape up under Keegan the 2nd time because Allardyce had fostered such deep rooted turgid football in the players. Agree in particular about the Keegan thing. I remember my Grandad (not long before he died actually) said to me "It's only a matter of time before you batter someone". A week later we won 4-1 at Tottenham Was it not 12 games before Keegan started to turn it? McLaren is no Keegan. Strange comparison. Both shit England managers.

They'll be thinking 3 in and around £35-40m spent. Next move is either to sell a good player or get rid of several fringe players on high wages. I think we'd like to see some of Obertan, Marveux, colo, Williamson, Taylor, goof, and riv go before making any more signings. Of course should cisse, Tiote, Cabella or sissoko attract any good offers we will sell and start looking again. Right now though I think that's it. Tbh it's much more than I expected.

Austin, Mitrovic & Ayoze would be enough to go in to the season with. Cisse would be an added bonus, but he's shown he cannot be relied on as a main striker. If I had to choose one it would be Austin all day.

It was only last week when he said he'd never get injured on his debut.

Well done Bilbo Hey, the ladies like a man with a lower center of gravity. I think you are confusing their love of men on their knees with something else.
-
I think we've got a decent offer for cisse on the table but we won't sell him until we have another through the door.

Aye. The home game which comes a week before the season starts usually has 80-90% of the starting team on the field, and everyone always wonders why it looks disjointed and rusty as fuck. Mainly because said players haven't kicked a ball between themselves for more than twenty minutes previously. Every fucking year man

What number is he getting?
