    Harvey Barnes

I really wanted to sell Gordon in the summer and focus on Barnes I just think Gordon has a negative influence on the team when he gets in one of his huffs, he is a really bipolar player.

Barnes is also the best winger when it comes to linking up with Woltemade in my view

    Dan Burn

You would have to assume Lascelles is injured if he isn’t getting on the bench
  4. I suppose if we look at it rationally, we tried to sign Ekitike twice before going to Isak

No he was terrible. Third worst player to have earned a salary over £20k for us after Rivière and Hendrick

  7. He is being thrown under the bus to deflect accountability for what has been a disastrous summer investment into the playing squad.
  8. Howe should offer to tender his resignation if the Saudis give Liverpool a fee for Salah. particularly as any fee will be invested in centre backs and a supply line for Isak
  9. Anderson could not get near the first team (when we were much worse) aged 19. Probably in part a Steve Bruce issue, but still…
  10. Read the article, he has been having heart trouble since 2020 and even passed out during a pre-match warm up at SJP - he kept it quiet but probably explains why job offers have subsequently been minimal.

    Dan Burn

In my mind one of my personal objectives for this season is for Dan Burn to lift the World Cup - so for this to happens he needs to start as many games as possible. Botman at this stage is a valued squad player with youth on his side but if he doesn’t like that he should leave so we can reinvest the funds.
  12. Happy Birthday. Now go out in Liverpool then have fun at 4am doing multiple knock and runs on rats front door

Hope that fat-assed waste of air has a shit retirement, loses all his money, can’t get a job and have to live in a Utrecht bedsit on benefits for the rest of his life as payback for the living he stole out of us.

he doesn’t get a say, DRC can apply via FIFA to have him banned for the duration of AFCON
  15. So you can get Dave back on the forum by making outlandish claims about him. i will start: Dave phoned me up and told me that Eddie Howe is utter shite and we should bring Steve Bruce back.

So can the government now remove his visa?
  17. Howe has two shortcomings that he needs to be able to work through: a) he is too loyal to players b) he doesn’t rotate the selected players very well for a) he has stuck with players too long, the main things being not cashing in on Wilson and Willock after his first full season - i think this set back our progress significantly and there are many examples since, not necessarily of him not selling a player he needed to sell, but keeping them in the team, e.g. I think Bruno needs a fortnight off which then leads into b) I think Howe needs a mentor who he can have a chat with once or twice a month which can give him an opportunity to complete the transition that he can make to being the best manager in the league. this is going to be controversial but I think Alex Ferguson would be a great mentor for him.

Are posters not aware that the only mechanism to definitively avoid a call up is international retirement. his country can call him up whenever they wish and if he decides not to go they can apply for him to be banned for the whole of the AFCON
  19. We have a starting XI who have beaten the winners of last years Premier League. We beat last year’s Champions League winners. Actually we thrashed them. We were really competitive recently against the La Liga winners. We have one of the best starting XI in world football, definitely top 10. We’d beat Brazil and thrash England.
  20. we were unfortunately knackered / a bit off against those teams again emphasising that the issue we had / still have is that there is a drop off in squad quality in a number of areas. we faced Arsenal on an even keel and battered them.
