I wouldn’t judge any individual player as we have seen what can happen to an NUFC player when they are brought into a toxic club. Man Utd are that toxic club now.

Another attempt from me, this time going for the more difficult getting the player the manager had. Given (Souness) Beye (Allardyce) Woodgate (Robson) Coloccini (Pardew) Domi (Gullit) Solano (Roeder) Wijnaldum (McLaren) Hamann (Dalglish) Ben Arfa (Hughton) Isak (Howe) Shearer (Keegan) Super Sub: ASM (Bruce) manager: Benitez
-
not even Ashley did that!
-
People can also try the more difficult iterations that consider form under manager and/or has to be signed by the manager just make it clear that that is what you are doing
-
You getting the prime version but must have played competitively for that manager

Given (Souness) Beye (Allardyce) Schar (Rafa) Coloccini (Hughton) Enrique (Pardew) Solano (Gullit) Bruno (Howe) Tiote (McLaren) Lee (Dalglish) Ginola (Keegan) Shearer (Roeder) Super Sub: Wilson (Bruce) Manager: Robson

Slightly interesting best XI conundrum to consider. Pick a best NUFC XI, but you can only have one player per manager, e.g Isak and Bruno only played for Howe so you couldn’t have both. players do not have been signed by a manager, just played for them. I am discounting interim managers however in the case of Hughton you can choose a player that played for him when he was caretaker. you must choose from 13 managers as per the list below. Pick 12 is a super sub and the manager not selected manages the team. Howe Bruce Benitez McLaren Pardew Hughton Keegan (either spell) Allardyce Roeder Souness Robson Gullit Dalglish

They have PSR difficulties too so sacking him getting someone else will be difficult. Maybe if he’s not up for it this season but needs a summer transfer window they will put him on sabbatical and give Fergie the job until end of season

I think there is a significant difference here however, we had a bad team, but we liked and supported our players which allowed for many to be rehabilitated. As alluded to by Froggy in your quoted post, the Man Utd players have lost the fan base. If Wolves and one of Leicester or Ipswich can grind out some results then Man Utd could get relegated

Route to first team is more congested this year unless we have an injury wave. as others have said a loan to Boro would be ideal.
-
we have only scored once in the first 30 mins in the league all season - so when we’ve won we have managed fine without an early goal.
-
I think the situation is simple, we were struggling for results and then the 22/23 attack got on the pitch together at Chelsea and suddenly the team improved massively due to tactical familiarity and chemistry between players. From that moment I was hoping we’d revert back to a team more like this (+ Gordon) and we did and have won three straight games. it seems that we have rediscovered some form and to improve the team we have to iterate, but iterate slowly and that means finding the suitable moment to swap players back in. Tonali will get his moment but I trust Howe to choose the right moment.

From the sounds of it the BBC have deliberately messed up the contract negotiations

He always runs while others walk He acts while other men just talk He looks at this world, and wants it all So he strikes, like Lewis Hall He knows the meaning of success His needs are more, so he gives less They call him the winner who takes all And he strikes, like Lewis Hall Any woman he wants, he'll get He will break any heart without regret His days of asking are all gone His fight goes on and on and on But he thinks that the fight is worth it all So he strikes, like Lewis Hall

Photos of him on a night out doing the rounds again although it’s only the back of his head

This is basically the same front 6 (other than Gordon) who got us in the CL - it is the team I’ve been wanting us to play.

Apparently his parents are Optimistic Nut and Mrs Ketsbaia

Will make a great strike partner for Garang Kuol in League 2
-
Which was really early for both of them back in the team - it may be a pairing worth trying either side of Bruno
-
Good output masks that he isn’t a good fit for the team. Now there are three players I’d choose to start on the LW ahead of him. I’d still have him first off the bench if we need a goal but either Howe goes or he needs to go.
-
Have Tonali and Willock shared a pitch yet?
-
I’d reset by going back to a midfield of Joelinton Willock Bruno Longstaff Gordon which other than Gordon is the midfield that got us into Europe. Then gradually reintroduce some of the other players
