He showed more in the last 2 games than he did since Everton (H) to show he's more than capable of the task in the proper system. He's the least of our worries, now, if we're convinced we can sell him for X and sign a wide forward or winger who is going to be better for roughly the same price of more - then I'm all ears. But i dont think we need to constantly just sell people and not have any depth. We're not a shitely run cheap club anymore.

Love that he’s really a two-way player for us and has the engine to break up play, play intelligent passes and break forward with the ball - i really do think we’ll see him get more goals too over time. There is part of me who would play him out wide if it meant we had more balance on the left with an attacking fullback and then there is part of me who wonders if you just keep him in this role and keep developing his defensive side of the game as well as his attacking and let him develop into this all action box to box.

He’s really good on set pieces too and very attacking fullback (class in FIFA too)

You honestly kind of need local talented players to be within the squad no matter what, there’s a balance that needs to be there in terms of respecting the club’s role in the community and understanding the moments. Burn talking about his family emotions as he’s signing his contract, or the feeling he had on his debut, or the Arsenal match. I mean that type of stuff is infectious and something I hope this club continues to foster — and i think we will under Howe. Would be great to have a rotational prospect or starter at some point within the spine of the team - Burn, Longstaff, Anderson.

I wouldn’t call it a bluff, i think we’re just going to be ruthless and measured in the spend but if the deals are right they’ll do them.

Hard to answer, we’ve had some unreal goals but in the most recent time for me - has to be Trip’s free kick v Everton or Bruno’s winner against Leicester has had an unreal impact on me - just those two moments and the crowd, felt like — wow, this really is the start of something.
