FWIW De Jong isn't my type of player either but I'm convinced he will and can be immensely successful in the league, especially in the bigger matches. He's an absolute winner and I recall when he first started with us he was rapid with ever decision he made and it's generally one touch first time or pass and move.

Perez as #10 or some type of wide forward. To be honest, I'm happy for Perez to basically be the first choice #10. I think he's got every bit of potential to hit 12+ goals this season and be responsible for creating just as much through for those around him.

This is the shit he thinks about before he drives to York in search for some decent parking

Diego Costa's finishing is ruthless, emphatic and confident as fuck. The way he puts away rebounds or loose balls in the box is awesome (like cold blooded way of smacking the shit out of the ball into the back of the net with precision) - if Mitro plays that way, god bless him.

If you can only have a kit with stripes on the back go on eBay and find an old kit made by Adidas.

Lewandowski's free transfer to Bayern was a load of bull

Bossing the fuck out of it man

He's fucking awful, lambast him all you want. He's a shit football player and I'd rather him be someone else's problem.

Sweet, will be buying one...adidas quality + NO Wonga + money not going to MA = Win.

Hoping an out of blue link or deal can be struck for someone soon...sheer lack of activity since securing Mitrovich and Mbemba is frustrating. We desperately need another CB and a Winger at minimum capable of starting immediately.
-
Good for him, when it comes to youth development I'm going to have some faith in SM's approach.
-
Fucking tragic he's not still our manager, not at every match watching from his Director's box or something or hell - not associated with football, our club.

Bob Bradley was the right man for the job at THAT time, there's no point even considering him again. Jurgen Klinsmann was able to get this USA team out of that tough group at the World Cup, he's expanded our reach for players, he's been charged with ushering in the post Landon Donovan era, the Clint Dempsey transition will begin at some point, and so on. I get very annoyed with his chopping and changing of team, and his love-in for Kyle Beckerman and such - but he also didn't have Tim Howard or Jermaine Jones, who leaders and makeup the spine of the team. We win that Cup with Howard or Jones IMO. Anyway, it's a stupid thing to just want to change Klinsmann b/c of the Gold Cup disappointment, the thing with Bob Bradley is that there wasn't much further he could go - with Klinsmann, I still think there is more to what he can bring or usher in. It's tough work to educate people who seem to think he's a tactical mastermind, the knowledgeable fan will know the tactics man was Jogi and the staff - what Klinsmann brings is intangible in his pedigree, his experience, and his ability to motivate the players. I believe a combo of team selection for the Cup and the players themselves really fucked this one up. tldr, I know. But I'm still firmly behind Jurgen and those who think we need to make the change would need to convince me otherwise via a different manager or system or players to prove otherwise.

No, we shouldn't.

It's just as shit but like the collar. Wish all of our puma kits had the collar. Anyhow I feel for that club having that awful template

Shuttle yourself down to Palace, I'm sure they could use some of your Pardew-Esque knowledge. The Palace faithful need your brilliant footballing mind

Why the fuck not

Felt so Newcastle that match, hit the post to tie it, counter attack concede goal. We really shouldn't play a 3 man back line with 3 Mike Williamsons in defense. Injuries and suspensions killing this team. Being a Newcastle fan you must have been delighted losing 5-3 though surely? I for one, enjoy losing a thoroughly high scoring match. As a Newcastle fan I'm used to seeing all of my teams give up more goals than score. Unfortunately.
