this is the best time for any new investor to come in, you're coming in with the idea that your money will shape/build the squad immediately, the Rafa feel-good, back in the PL, etc. It's also the perfect time for Ashley to sell - his value is probably not going to increase much further at this point, he's selling the "dream" of Rafa, PL football, etc.
