The revenue is moot if we go down, no? B/c we'll miss out on the TV revenue income and that's damning. Surely if anything, its clear that Pardew can't even get us in a mid-table safety and collect the TV money without bother, he potentially could negate a massive income stream for the club. I think that is the biggest reason why he's going to be sacked in all honesty. The footballing reasons all trickle down and end up pointing to potential for massive decrease in income, which seems like the only thing Ashley cares about.

Would be the craziest fucking thing of all time too.

Just can't get my head around the fact that this club has been so mismanaged (from ownership and management) in the past 15 years, with the hiring of Sir Bobby the only bright-spot - but of course, true to form - they fuck that up with the resulting sacking of the man and the annual ups and downs is just plain staggering. Brilliant, magnificent stadium with supporters who still travel in numbers and fill a stadium in this economy and position in the table, yet we still get the bus ran over us every single season.

He's a dead man walking I think. He's getting the sack - no matter what happens with the final 3 games. Had we gone and just finished comfortably mid-table I think he'd get another season here but I just don't believe he will given how close we are flirting with a drop and a possibility of missing out on the massive TV revenues. Here's to hoping I guess. Stumble over the line; fire the man, and get this ship steady again. Like I've said before, it seems like our recruiting and financial side of the club are well oiled machines now, its the management side that has totally crumbled and not really aligned with the strides we've made in those areas. Wishful/clutching at straws type thinking here.

Elliott/Harper Simmo-Taylor-Colo-MYM Sissoko-Cabaye HBA-Marv-Gouf Cisse We all know that won't happen.

No worries Dave. I think I'm going to not come back to this board until tomorrow - can't help but be so consumed and upset about our current situation.

Wigan would have 37 points with that man. 32 + 5 = 37.

Don't even joke about it Mike. it's fucking sickening.

Dropped right back down to earth.

Manager and players owe it to us to get it right man - tomorrow at least. The fuck am I excited for? -
Beat me to it. Glad he's been sussed for what he is these days though, his bollocks went unnoticed for far too long.
-
He's going to have a blinder tomorrow.

College: What exactly are you trying to prove here man? You've been arguing this exact same point every week for ages, and nobody has changed their stance

I think Aubameyang's flexibility could be a huge asset for us too. Whereas if we were to buy Bony his raw power would also bring something different to the table for us. People forget that he's only 5 foot 11 mind, so he's not the Drogba type that many think he is. I see Bony as just a brick tank of a man. He may not be tall, but he'll be impossible to get through type of guy. I like PEA in terms of his sheer raw pace, which is something we continue to lack but have improved since January.

So Tooj, you're going for either lightning pace or straight power then?
