Cheers mate, I think what I was saying was true pre-March 2012. The new ruling seems fair to me. When Swansea, Cardiff and Wrexham qualified through the Welsh Cup in the past that was a tad unfair. They had two chances.

Did anyone see the footage of the Australian Grand Final game? The penalty award in the 5th minute of stoppage time is insane. Guy makes airshot - falls over - penalty awarded - gets up celebrates like he just scored - collects himself and tucks away penalty. Claims afterwards it was a foul. We have to count on a Liverpool win again? How many times has that been this season? Seriously, how many times is it? I know the Everton semi was a biggie, but what else? We needed you to win the League Cup too. Because our collecting EL spots guaranteed you a place in Europe? Because otherwise you would have taken the spot for the FA Cup winners/runners up. You took the League Cup one, which means that the FA Cup one now drops to league since both you and Chelsea are qualified for Europe, thus confirming our place in Europe too. If you had lost to Cardiff then 6th wouldn't get into Europe so we'd still be fighting it out with Chelsea and Spurs. I thought Cardiff (and Swansea) weren't allowed to compete in Europe through English league participation anyway? Isn't it one of those UEFA rules that apply to the dodgy Home Nations status? Similar to the Team GB being a one off, or else UEFA member nations were going to kick off about "one country when it suits them, four when it doesn't"? I always thought if Swansea or Cardiff did qualify for Europe that they would not automatically compete in the competition. They would have to appeal to UEFA?

Can't tell whether he is surprised Colo stayed fit this season or whether he is just saying we are lucky we've had so few worries with him?

Shhh! Everyone is ruining the media myth that we demand CL football every season. Most of my mates are non Newcastle fans as I live in Swansea they all believe we'll get 4th I'm not as optimistic as them given our fixture list. Yet us Newcastle fans are the deluded ones.

When Raul finished with Madrid I thought Fergie might have brought him in. Older players have served him fairly well in the past, wouldn't have been a bad signing. Pace isn't everything.

I can't help myself just chanting Papiss Demba Cisse when he scores, only the once like, drives Mrs Tisd crazy. Class story about him, could you imagine meeting a footballing idol at age 4 or 7, amazing.

Does he realise that MON is further behind than Bruce was. Fair enough the games against them were close this season but how can anyone look at the league table this season and say they have a better team than us??

This is great, results of other clubs being important to us for the right reasons, last time me were so interested in other results we were fighting relegation. This far in the season and we are talking about the real prospect of CL qualification battle. Saying that we haven't been tested yet.

Shola becoming a cult hero. Some how this lad with limited talented will be remember fondly by us. My little boy will be asking for the folk stories of supa Shola. Shola's number must be retired after retirement. Too far :-)
