This is true, because the SPL clubs have a dilemma at the moment. Financially they could be harming themselves by voting against Rangers but then they will be upsetting their fans. If UEFA or FIFA had some kind of ruling that any NewCo would at very least have to start in the lowest pro league then the onus will be taken away from member clubs and FA's.

I see what you did there. FTM!

Rangers, Screwed Rangers. http://images.tvrage.com/people_galleries/11/31632/73981.jpg I don't normally do this but

Said pretty much what you would expect him to say. He's asking for trouble going on a 'show' like that. Given that Loven doesn't look like he'll be resigned and Best is surplus we are looking short on options. To be fair to him he seems to have raw talent, if he could just get his head down instead of being a cock most of the time there maybe a premiership player there. However, he's had enough time to change so I'll lose no sleep if he is moved on.

That is f***ing mint. Thanks for posting it. That fucking team compared to today's starting line up. Great anthem there. Anderton what a miserable twat I'm torn. As a Welsh man and then a Brit I would normally support England in these competitions. But I want the Newcastle boys to do well. However, I like Hodgson and if he loses will be hammered by the wanker press!

Please tell me this is a piss take? His movement helped him score the fucking goal. Poor defending yes, but that would have been irrelevant if Gomez just stood still. Fletcher for me like

Not great to read all that but to be fair I'd rather he be honest than say. "I'm at the Toon for life, love the Toon, no better club. Once a magpie always a magpie" and then fuck off, not sure why players/managers say shit like this. We all realise if he continues in this form especially during the Euro's the bigger more succesful clubs will come looking.

Tackle? Missing? Does not compute! Different class FFS. It wasn't one of Tiote's better games like but other than being a prick Cattermole was pretty non exsistant.

I like the idea of Kalou. Wrote the idea off initially as I thought he was old, but at 26 his best years are possibly a head of him. Never really stood out or given a massive chance in the Chelsea team that have boasted higher profile wingers than him in the past. As a regular starter I think he can improve a lot. More suited to the wide roll than Ba IMO.

Gentleman's agreement that Rodgers wouldn't go for any Swansea players for 12 months. What like Redknapp's not to play Saha v Everton. Unless it's contracted which I doubt as surely its restriction of trade then I wouldn't write it off.

Could you imagine the improvement to our full back options if we rid ourselves of Simmo and replaced him with Debuchy and Clyne. If we get a cb that is near the Colo level of brilliance and keep Steven Taylor fit then our back four options look strong, especially with the EL to deal with next season.
-
He probably was called up by Woy, but the thick c*** is still trying to read the letter. It's like the 2nd tweet was written by someone totally different.

I would say both Rogers and Lambert are probably viewed as better options by Liverpool and Villa than Pardew was for us at the time. I think there is a lot less pressure on Lambert given how close to relegation Villa were. He'd have to do a pretty crap job to do any worse. Rogers on the other hand is under massive pressure given the stature of Liverpool football club. Breaking to top 4 will be a huge ask, but given the status and the ideas Liverpool fans have of the club the are going to expect it. Realistic aim next season should be a top 4 challenge for them but to Finish above us and maybe even Spurs for a 5th place finish. I am assuming Arsenal keep hold of RVP and improve and assuming Chelsea's spending and confidence after winning the CL will see them back in the top 4.

Haven't seen enough of him to really judge. Given the reports I was excited last year. We are 2nd choice but can you really blame him from playing for an ambitious club in the capital of your country. If he did come here maybe he'd realise this maybe his last chance for now and a big club and knuckle down?
-
One thing I don't get, if the ref admitted he had seen what Tevez did he would have sent him off, why have the FA chosen not to act? Surely that is a prime example of what the FA can do? Strange

I wonder if Barton will go on the attack with Keane like he did with Shearer? Keane has been quite scathing there, no only attacking his character but questioning his football talent. This could be good. I would imagine Barton will probably stay quiet on this one.
-
From the outset, as much as we wanted him to be our hero we were always 2nd choice. Liverpool weren't as stupid as Freddie. Yes KK brought out some performances from him but he was never ours! He was never Madrid's or Man Utd, there was only one club for him and he blew that one. Stick to the horses Mickey. Have a chat with Joey, he has a bit of spare time.
-
Are us and Sunderland fans the only ones that see him as our weak link? I'm not a hater of him and was really pleased with him, I thought he was more than solid during the Championship season but he is limited and would have rather seen the season end with Raylor RB and Santon LB or even the other way around works

Twitter Cringeworthy. Its one of those "I'm only kidding"
-
Shhhhhhh! Don't let them hear you say that Mignolet is NETD in keepers and is probably up there with Neuer et all
-
I can't understand that kind of mentality. No doubt you would expect them to really enjoy our downfall and even I can't blame them for celebrating it, but to say it's one of the greatest days ever is a joke. I would take Sunderland finishing 17th every season rather than relegation. On going torture season after season

Here's hoping in May 2013 we are celebrating Mr & Mrs Bimpy.

Surely not even Messi would be able to demand 400K a week. Stupid fuckers!

Compared to the Suarez ban it looks harsh, but I suppose the Suarez ban was over 1 incident a very bad incident but still only 1, I actually think it deserved a long ban. Barton's ban consists of 3 separate incidents, when you break it down Barton's is a fair punishment in my opinion. His actions in his last few weeks at Newcastle were poor, he was using the negative relationship between the fans and the board to his advantage. I thought he was bearing all when the time was right about what went on at Newcastle. Prick deserves everything he is getting right now.

Just checked Kalou is 26 no spring chicken but he's not passed it either, the more I think about it the more I would take him as long as his wages were reasonable. With him being on a free and this likely being his last big contract I can imagine the wages will be above what we are willing to pay.
