But then when I finally seem to have gotten it working I find that they've managed not to enter my details into the system somehow. Despite the site itself recognising my username and password and saying that my TV subscription is currently active. f***ing mongs, total waste of money! Fatwax, yeah I got your PM, thanks. I already had that link but thanks anyway I was being sarcastic! Not sure if you actually took that seriously or not. I had the same problem as you during the PSV game, infuriated me. Wouldn't work for ages despite being paid for and active, somehow ended up working once I'd logged in and out a few times... didn't really make much sense but it's working now. You had the problem with the license bit refusing your username/password?

I try forget my password (don't even know why since I know that's my password, just desperate now) and it says it doesn't recognise my username, asks me to use my email address instead. So I do that and the page gets an error.. FFS its like someone doesn't want me to see the match.

Just went to a friends house to see if I can get it to work there. Now I can get to the license login bit but it won't take my username and password!! The same username and password I'm using to login to the site..

Did that, it says "Connecting to Media" for a little while and then comes up with an error saying "Windows Media Player cannot play any items in the playlist".

You just have to give it time. It should ask you to verify the license for the file before it plays. That's what it did for me anyway. How much time? Its been sitting there for 10 minutes doing nothing.

Spanish would be much better then I'm getting, which is fuck all. Which part of the site should this be on? News? Every single video there works appart from the NUFC vs VCF one!!

It's been temperamental like that since they upgraded the site, The PSV game was fine though so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just tried the "reserve and youth" news section and all those video's play fine. So hopefully it is just the highlights bit that's not working for me.

Just tried Opera and now I can see the preview at the start which I couldn't see before. Also the window now comes up looking like a MedioPlayer window, however clips still don't play. Also I can now download clips, but they still don't play.

I'm just using Internet Explorer 7.

Is there any help out there for NUFC TV? Can't get a thing to work. I just tried to play the Everton highlights and all it did was download constantly at full speed (500KBps) with nothing but a blank screen to watch.. After 10 minutes I just gave up. Getting a bit worried that I'm going to miss the match here, which was the whole point of subscribing.

Strange, I got they one year deal at half time and saw part of the second half.. Had some difficulties setting it up codec-wise, so would recommend signing up well before kick off.. What time does coverage start on NUFC TV? What codecs do you need? I just signed up and was trying to test it out by just looking at some of the goal clips you can search for but nothing plays. I find the clip, hit play and nothing happens.

What paperwork? You have either signed the player or you haven't, the international clearance can be a arse (Glen Roeder is having a bitch of time) but the club have still signed the player. His more than likely worthless Italian passport could be a stumbling block. Is it really that clear cut though? Think your over simplifying things... As I said the international clearance is a bitch as Roeder says but you tell me what is long about the process? Of course I could understand the buying club dragging there heels as every week a player doesn't sign they can save about £50K+ per week. Well Coloccini himself says there's some small details still being sorted out between the clubs, only formalities by the sound of it rather then anything deal breaking though.
