  1. hatem on at around 65mins for Nolan, tiote on for smith at 80 mark. Obviously...cruising at 3-0 prior to...
  2. But rolling contracts work both ways... Imagine he takes us into Europe and we see a team that develops quickly...He could easily be poached by another team although he doesn't strike me as the type of person to be motivated solely by money.
  3. Not forgiven, but going in the right direction and making correct decisions for a change. They need to make an effort on their PR still as the treatment of press, away fans and general countenance is still lackin...
  4. It's the first time we have had a manager who says the right things, notices what's missing in the team, plays the team he should play and has formed a cracking team spirit. He needs to be signed for two years on a decent wage, that being within the new austere budget, but not ridiculuously low.... Get what you pay for...We've been crying out for some stability for years!

Looks like the monkey was hungry, I now know why he keeps making those silly three fingered gestures...what a dope!
  6. I agree completely with Mr Mojo's post but the only part i don't is the "bonny lad" bit, tad condescending... I have never heard of a player having good technique and not being able to control a ball on first touch, doesn't make sense tbf...
  7. Best of both worlds n' all that... Have the freudian girlfriend who replaces your mother, and get out and about hoorin and shaggin till your hearts content!! ANY PREM LEAGUE TEAM WANT TO SIGN AN OVER THE HILL 37 YR OLD FULL BACK??? PLEEEASE!
  8. Has the Grandad been tortured and killed without mercy yet? FFS, how can someone say that on national telly? P.S. Is this a wind up? somebody please whooosh me?

There is no way HBA is going out to the wing, what a waste!!! Just a case of where do we put Nolan and whether he is benched or replaces smith...easy as...

He does seem like a complete co ck when you see him doing all those "gangsta" poses, but I suppose thats just cos' he's a n immature 20 year old kid... Still prefer him upfront to any of shola or best...

    Strongest Eleven

Jose Mourinho interview in a couple of Spanish dailies yesterday, his comment was that the two central defenders and the two midfielders in front of them always form the spine of his teams. The second point I found interesting was that the sum of the parts is always more than the individual parts themselves, what he was saying that on paper sometimes two "known" names seem much more than two lesser names but they can function much worse than those supposedly inferior ones. Good example would be Lampard -Gerrard axis for england, Barry + whoever worked much better (sum of the parts..). Apply this to our team and I think we are quite strong now, but who is our best centre midfield COMBO???

Depends totally on the ref IMO... But, joey just has to get on with it, probably something called Karma... Won't go on for ever you know if he keeps up the performances like that against wolves.

---------------Krul (still beleive harps is over hill) Saylor-----Willy----Colo-----Enrique Routledge---Tiote---Barton----Jonas --------------Ben arfa------------- ----------------Carrol--------------- N.B. I would have nolan instead of Ben arfa for away games if the lad's work rate is questionable...
  17. Also tiote instead of Smithy, smudger, tw**...whatever his name is
  18. I want ben Arfa daley on instead of Nolan (the fat sister).
  19. If they repeated this window again at crimbo and then next summer I would be infatuated with them...
  20. just copied that from newcastle blog.... sorry
  21. scored a hatful in dutch division ,has had senior call up to dutch squad...
  22. I agree completely with the sports direct bollshiite he wants to plaster over stadium, i also think that he has to do a lot more to right the wrongs from the past i.e keegan, allardice, kinnear, wise, llambias...etc BUT i do think things are goimng in the right direction now and I think this transfer window has been one of the most dignified we'd ever had e.g. not bowing to high wage demands (taylor), getting a good signing on cheap (tiote) and also getting a good loan deal (arfa). if we were to sign another striker I would be creaming our business deals this summer. It's getting ther e at least...
  23. Dave; expected more than that... WUM is a bit poor, anything to back it up (don't know if there is an ongoing saga so update if so...)
  24. Looks slow and reflexes are funcked...Krul for NÂș1
