The fat pri** won't sell when he is making around 30M+ profit per year as well as 10-15M worth of free advertising every season
-
Krul played well. Colo played well and wasn't nervous due to "hot potato" Mike missing from the back. Cap doffed to dummet, impressive comeback. Anita and Jonas played well tbh. Raylor and Colback were what they are: mediocre Sissoko put in a half decent shift but still not near best Cabella was decent Riviere is a waste of time Perez tried too hard and lost the ball trying to take on that extra player too many times. still love him tho'

Tottenham is our last hope, they should beat hull but under current form anything could happen. We should just go out and nail QPR, but we never do down there, we always make it more difficult for ourselves. Dummet makes a huge difference to our defence, you can palpably note the lack of panic once williamson is removed... How the hell were some idiots on here asking for him for an England call up...
-
What's the point of even turning up for this game? why don't we just put out a team of kids and save any sort of resource we have left for the QPR game
-
Here's my take on it: Nufc slight chance against QPR Sunlan might beat/draw against Leicester/everton Leicester will beat QPR and draw/beat sunlan Hull will beat Burnley Our only chance is if Sunlan fail to get a win. Mackems or us, would be the final nail in the coffin....

If you were his agent and the clubs/managers he previously worked for were top tier, then you would look at a minimum "second tier" club to start his management career i.e. lower european places... He gets rave reviews about his coaching skills and man management, just can't imagine him "lowering the bar" to a club that has no aspiration other than above 18th place in the league...

That is laughable when you compare it to the other leagues. I am all for having iconic teams which help with league marketing and attract new football followers but I am totally against unfair advantage over other teams. In my utopian world each club would get the same TV revenues, would be obliged to use at least half of the squad from locally produced players and would be restricted to the other half of the squad being made up of half national and other half imported players. By doing this we would have clubs we could connect to and would seem much more representative of the leagues they came from. Oh well...

There is no way Paul Clement will be coming to us, this guy has the background and CV to go to a much more ambitious club, actually any club would be better than us using that criteria.... aaaaaarrrrrggggggg!
-
Do you know what the distribution ratios are currently for the TV revenues? Mine is only hearsay (crappy tabloid sports press) but it would be interesting to know if it resembles reality...
-
yes, if it gets rid of the current owner and/or forces him to rethink his model and go for a "winning club" instead of a "water treading" club
-
I thought the Strike was because the rest of the clubs in La Liga (apart from madrid & barca) are sick to death of the fact that those two clubs take 70% of the television revenue whilst the other 20 battle it out for the crumbs. That is one of the reasons La Liga will always be a two club league. Really would love to see some sort of approach mimicking the american basketball format, sick to death of inequality and the same old same old always winning things... Kind of mimicks the current political situation; two big parties creaming everything off for themselves and their cronies until their is a "revolution" and the smaller more socialist leaning parties oust them...

My own thinking is for us to go down just to return some of the spite to that fat fu** who owns us. If we are going to be served this shi* week in week out then hopefully he won't get anything out of it either.

This Loyalty can manifest itself in more ways than just turning up to a game - because you can. Besides, since when was loyalty a prerequisite for supporting a football club? I support Newcastle because its always been my team, I was raised there & it feels part of me. I therefore reserve the right to fall out with it, love it, hate it & turn up to or boycott as many games as I see fit because, like a religion, there are times when your faith is severely tested & times when it can be uplifting. A more fitting analogy would be that, having married a stunner in your early years, she turns out to be a fat useless boiler that your stuck with for life. Last sentence... class! Sums up my NUFC love... at newcastle college in late eighties, keegan promotes us, wonder years, decline sets in and is cemented by a fat pri** sucking the soul out of it. A real fat mingin pig boiler tbf...

Why, what's he done? Bit harsh?
-
cheers!
-
How did he play yesterday? Did he look fresh? What position
-
I quite like the way derby play, so I would take him as a genuine upgrade on what we have been subjected to in the recent past...
-
This lot just suck the life right out of you.. Fu** this! Gonna watch a film
-
His control is atrocious, a forward needs to be abke to cushion any pass at any pace if he has any chance to score, help the team or put other people in, this guy is rank...
-
1 page the day before the game, lack of interest is telling...
-
Like it, yes very Babel or Ngog!

At least Obertan has looked good in maybes two games, more than can be said for smith
-
The Smith team would have to forfeit the game after they have had too many players sent off. f***, I f***ing hate Alan Smith. Hid throughout the games only to show up and do a daft tackle every now and then to fool some idiots that he was a "hard worker". Agree completely, Smith was overhyped since his first season at leeds, found out mid career then with an injury arrives at NUFC, couldn't imagine a worse piece of business ever!

2 good centre backs 1 right back 1 very good striker 1 very good winger At least 30 million if we want decent quality
