Good post, although Ameobi plays like that when he's fully fit. True, he did really wind me up with his whole lack of urgency. He was first to lazily give the ball away after it took us the first 20mins to get it back. Then after that we were screwed for another 10mins without the ball.

No offence mate but Edgar was dreadful last night. Couldn't do anything right, his passing was awful and he just looked lost for most of the game. To be honest from that display I'd rather have Ramage there. Edgar had 2 crosses that were better than anything Milner managed. I thought he had an ok game.

I`d rather have a pre season like this than the one last year. Under BSA all we had was a good pre season and first game, at least my expectations are low enough now to not bother about what happens this season.
