They need a crazy overhaul. Aguero, Silva and Zabaleta are class. Yaya/Kompany have had crap seasons but could flourish if they weren't so over-burdened with responsibility. Clichy is alright, Hart is alright. Bony is good for the Prem and one for the future. Fernandinho seems alright to me. The rest are super expendable/old.
