Don't get this stance, personally. Putting the stats down and assessing him with my eyes, this is how I see him: He's a strong contender for the weakest striker in the division - no defender finishes a game feeling like they've had to earn their paycheck. He's not beating anyone for pace. His finishing is highly erratic and he regularly skies presentable opportunities. In fairness, when you get less chances, I do appreciate you tend to snatch at those you do get - but over the length of time he has scuffed opportunities, I think even this defence becomes a bit tenuous. His movement is patchy at best and at 28 years old, I'm still not sure he knows the offside rule. His commitment when he's on the pitch has been generally good, but I'm not sure that works in his favour. If he looked lethargic playing under Pardew (somewhat excusable IMO) at least you'd know he had another level. And he's a service striker, an increasingly ill-advised phenotype of forward in today's game. It's all fucking moot under our current management, but just for the sake of it, I don't think he's up to it under any manager - got no hope for the guy in terms of football.

You try and introduce a little suspense into people's lives, and this is the gratitud-... yeah, alright, sorry. Have been busy, but I'll do it

After last year's group stages where the dugouts were full of Pardews, I'd stay away from any -1 bets, but Chile are class/mad bastards. Good price IMO.

Think he will, this time. The Ozil signing sent showed the calibre of player they're now after/can compete for and I fancy them to get another 1 or 2 of that level, over the summer. If they get a better starting striker in and someone who can take a grip of the midfield more in the bigger games then I fancy them to do really push for the league next year. They're already weaker now that Sagna has pretty much done one. Blessing in disguise. Their joint weakest position at the top level. Jenkinson is fine as a replacement RB, and this could give them a good kick so they can get Debuchy.

So, wait, is Shola in the 23? Or is it still at a provisional 30?

I wonder who will next hire Moyes. I reckon Villa.

Jealous. Surely that depends on who he sells to? I hope Mike Ashley sells us to get the cash to buy you. No offence.

Great cameo though

Good decision. England aren't winning shit this year. Need to give the next generation tournament experience. Baines is, at this stage in their careers, better than Cole despite not having a vintage season himself. Take Shaw too.

Biggest banker of the season, the annual humping at Anfield* - fucked (*I know last season, too)

No fair play qualification then?

Our brittle underbelly exposed

Liverpool could at least be kind enough to deliver on the -2 bets tbh. Twats.

Fucking horrid end to the season, this.

Hope so.

Need to get Sewelly to get on a St Etienne forum to get to the bottom of this.
