For what it's worth this is way out of date, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Hannover and Nurenberg aren't in the Bundesliga Yes. "Are you interested in winning?" sets a beeline to Werder. The diagram is from 2004.

Used to love watching Werder Bremen back when they had Ailton, Micoud, Klasnic, Valdez.

Does it matter if you are a new member or not? Haven't noticed any attitude towards new members, albeit that might change if the forum will get flooded with new members if the club becomes successful. But that is to be expected, change will always rattle people (me included). I suppose I implied that "new members" (or one new member) were/was thin skinned. Apologies. This place gets like this every transfer window and every takeover saga. With any luck this is the last week we'll have any of that crap.

Just watched the second half of the 4-4 and wanted to see if the Tiote emoji was still around. :tiote: :tiote: :tiote: :tiote: :tiote: :tiote: Started Leon Best and Peter Lovenkrands. Brought on Nile Ranger as a sub. God we were shit.

Think they were missing Gary Speed's influence as well. He was gone before Milner arrived, but I thought he must have played a role in keeping the brat pack in check.

I find it interesting that the Rafa thing stings so hard. Surely, we should had all hope beaten out us long before that.

Rereading this brought back a lot of horrible memories. ...but the mention of AC breaking Steve Taylor's jaw brought a smile to my face.

Den Haag stay up. Mission accomplished. What were the fans complaining about?

Spot on. Not just the Premier League, the civilization. There's a pandemic on and those in power are telling people that there are "worse things than dying" and that we need to reopen everything now... knowing full well that they are not the ones who are going to suffer. There is no morality, just capital.

You do get these weird conflicts in the NASL retirement league. Cruyff and Best in Los Angeles. Pele and Beckenbauer in New York.

Eusébio is a great choice if you are old enough. Was really only at Benfica.

Remember Kieron Dyer (I think) complaining about Le Sib's cult status. Said that he had done much more for the club than Sibierski, which is true. But it's amazing what exceeding everyone's expectations can do for you.

Pretty much. It pretty much confirms what I have been saying all along. PIF are going to be seen as a company that is separate from the state, which in all legal terms it is. Human rights abuse and network piracy in the country is not going to have an effect because PIF as a company and their CEO who will be named as one of our directors, have played no part in any of that. Exactly
