Jones hasn't kicked on like he should have but he has pace which at the moment would put him ahead of Carroll IMO.
-
Gordon Angeleri Turner Coloccini Enrique Steed Riveros Cattermole Jonas Bent Jones would be my combined team. Still a fairly shocking team like which says a lot about the two teams..
-
Lots on their forum reckon none of our players would get in their side. Only the 3 amigos and Carroll would be in contention.

Just a different way of supporting our teams. Players from abroad often say our (English) fans are more passionate than others. We go support our clubs and atmospheres invariably depend on this, while foreign fans go to support their club their atmospheres are more constant and often about getting one upmanship on having better displays than rival fans for example. Just because you have a few flares doesn't make you care more. Using that top video as an example it was the Aris fan's proving to the Boca fans that they are their equal in creating an intimidating atmosphere etc. Disco, you watched Boca in La Bombanera, right? How was it there? btw, this canny interesting regarding Arg....pity Danny Dyer didn`t get his head kicked in but he was $hit scared Constant singing and noise from about an hour before the game started until we got let out after being kept behind at the end. Was better than at River I thought but i stood behind the goal at Boca (not the one with the proper mentals in like) while i sat on the side at River. It's just completely different, the number of different songs is staggering as well. La Bombonera wouldn't be allowed over here like. Would fail 1970s health and safety nevermind now, same at most Argie grounds looking at them. The Gimnasia lot mentioned at the start are a nasty bunch like. It was raining spit and piss when I was at Boca as they were in the 3rd tier above where i was.

That list of players is absolutely woeful like.

That story is spun to fuck like. Could be that Blanc just wants to try out new players.

It doesn't really take much like. It'll be his big signings that make or break him though. Signing players like Angeleri and Riveros are ok but their not going to get them challenging for Europe. Saying that his one big signing Bent, has been superb.

Safe, you'll be grand. Just wear yellow and blue although you should be supporting Besiktas as they play in black and white. Tickets, a quick google has led me to www.biletix.com via the Fenerbahce website. It could be worth just ringing the club closer to the time n all (depending on when you're going). cheers. yeah found that ticket website, its just a case of actually getting them! have you been before do you mind me asking? The atmosphere im sure would be amazing, but ive seen youtube videos of riots between galatasaray and fenerbahce, and it might put me off. Nah not at all, just a general rule of thumb. Just go with some seats on the side/away from the visiting fans and even it kicks off you'll be reet. Most definitely.

Top 3 go to stadiums to watch games in that I want to go are: Estadio Azteca Westfallen Stadion San Mames Would like to go to the Maracana n all but aside from title deciders and Fla v Flu there its invariably two thirds empty. A mate of mine went to Flamengo v La U of Chile and it was a sub 15,000 crowd which would be like going to watch Gateshead.

Think you're mistaking him for Graham Rix.
-
Roy Hodgson is so old school if you forget your kit you have to do it in your underpants.
-
I agree that it needs changing some how but clubs will always find a way round it.

Completely forgot Sylvain Distin played for Everton like.

I'm holding that school responsible for any future failings England have at the World Cup.

Playing for Schalke isn't that bad actually. He might win the Bundesliga with them next season. I'd be utterly flabbergasted if Bayern didn't retain their title. Kroos & Braafheid to come back in and they're bound to buy some others. Raul is going to get some more CL football under his belt though. Braafheid The Celtic flop? Really? Never saw him playing for Celtic but chances are he is going to be Hollands LB for the forseeable future so he must have something.

Martin Jol NOT going to Fulham after all (BBC)
-
A lot has got to ride on whether they keep Dzeko though. Potentially have solved their defensive flaws in Friedrich and Kjaer though.

What a left foot. Used to love that old fella, Donato IIRC, who used to play in midfield who claimed he was 42 but was rumoured to be 48.
-
Love the picture of the guy holding two cans of Stella just in case we didn't know what they looked like.
-
They're stockpiling players this season so when the new financial regualtions come in they've already got players they can ship out to fund any new faces they need, thus breaking even(ish). Any club would do the same, the price of a player is irrelevant for them. They can only register 25 of them, though. Although I guess they can just stick them in the Elite Squad. Or loan em out

Bit before my time but my Dad would agree with them.
