Agree with that. It's going to be Wigan and Wolves most likely who we'll need to better in the battle to stay up and any weakening of their teams is good news for us.
I think Wolves will be fine, Blackpool & Wigan are almost certs imo. Think if we can finish above WBA again that'll do it for us.
I think Wolves will be as well but from the teams already in the Prem I'd still say they have the second weakest squad so you can never be too sure.

I don't think Hughton was in the market for a 'traditional number 9' anyway. A second striker/new Lovenkrands i think we'd buy if we were buying a forward.
Only listen to the podcast version, but it's great.
All the pundits on it are class, put most 'experts' to shame with their knowledge.
Where can one find this? Sounds right up my street.
Vickery is one of the few journos I actually have any time for, always find that his pieces are interesting and avoid falling into patronising.
Always a good read his column, one of the few on the BBC that are. Has an unbelievably good job, lucky swine.
He will score if he gets chances but its whether he'll get those chances at Wigan. At Estudiantes he had the best midfield playmaker in South America playing behind him. Don't rate him massively personally but will be interesting none the less.
I think the inaugral "Colin Rance Victory Award" went to you, for finally breaking your duck!
Congrats, here...have, er, a car freshener?
I don't suspect I'll be breaking mine anytime soon.
