I'd recommend the book "The Nowhere Men" which going into detail about brentford, and other clubs who use this model comparing them with the classic methods. Also has a tiny bit about Greame Carr/Darth Vader. Found that part of the book really interesting, especially the progress Brentford were making in the Next-Gen series. Looks like they'll be a club to watch out for in the next few years.

On the striker front I would agree. But the likes of Anita, Marveaux, Cabella (to a degree) & MYM (to a degree) don't look natural fits to the division. But again perhaps we are just signing ranom players on his shortlist. I could see Douglas / MYM perhaps suiting each other for example. But someone like Cabella - aye he's a talented lad but he doesn't have any physical attributes that would make you think he could succeed in the PL. Does he have really top talent? I can't help but think £13m on him was a gigantic risk. We could've spent more of that money on a proper striker. Such a cliché that man.

I also doubt anybody at the Chronicle knows who Jemez is.
