I would argue Sterling has performed better for Liverpool than Rooney did at Everton. It wasn't until Euro 2004 that he really turned it on.
Then Ferguson got his paws on him and made him less exciting.
Kind of glad Brazil are out, simply because of how the federation hasn't even tried to make amends and move forward after what happened last year as was shown by the utterly negative appointment of Dunga.
It just ain't how it should be with Brazil.
Just looked at that starting 11 and it looked fucking abysmal...Danny Mills, Sinclair, Butt, Wut.
Butt was class in that World Cup and was a good player in his time.
It is if he's potentially a one season wonder. Don't think I've seen anything from him to suggest he could be a consistently top level player.
Also the English premium doesn't mean he's worth that.
Vlaar is a bit of a leader as well though isn't he? Could definitely do with a bit of that at the back.
Doesn't address the glaring issue of lack of pace mind.
What happened to you man? This is all so disappointing.
That GM of yours has completely compromised your whole character. Sad to see.
 Mandoon doesn't rate Cech.
how many times do you hear "that was an uncharacteristic mistake" when he plays. After a while those mistakes are completely characteristic imo
Maybe so a few years ago but that certainly hasn't been the case for the past 3 or so seasons. (Obviously really excluding last year before anybody pipes up with that shit)
