Duff up front with Owen? Drop Enrique more like, either that or Zog/Jonas in the middle with the other 2 on the wings. Enrique could be out with injury so I sexpect Zog will drop to LB and Duff will go to LW. I just hope Duff shows the same drive when he's starting a game as he did when coming on as sub because Charlie was arguably our best midfielder on Sunday. If that's the case I'd stick Duff on the right as N'Zogbia will get far more help defensively from Jonas. Kinnear usually starts Jonas on the right and Duff on the left, but after about 20 minutes switches them

What we need is a really good 2nd kit, im not sure if it was our 2nd or 3rd, but during Martins' first season we had a lovely blue kit, wouldnt mind seeing something like that again. I also wouldnt mind if our home kit is mainly black or mainly white, our 2nd kit being the same but inverted. Our current home kit is largely black, invert those colours and have the same kit but largely white for the 2nd kit may have been a good idea, might be just me though

I have to say, in spite of my earlier statements, the thought of Owen in another Premier League teams shirt next season is fucking sickening Man Utd would honestly be an absolute nightmare for me with all my mates being ManUre fans, it would be absolutely unbearable One of the only positives of him leaving would be if he joined a team like Villa and helped them end this whole top 4 nonsense.

I seriously think Pompey are going to struggle for the rest of the season and will be down there. We should finish well above them and imo Defoe fits this bill. If we got him id be over the moon, but as TT says an attacking midfielder who creates would be just as key, one of those and a few mill on Crouch instead of Defoe to save abit of cash might be a good move.

I hope to God we replace him if he goes btw, it would be typical NUFC for him to leave and we try and fail to replace him, or even replace him with fodder. Just out of interest btw, is he available for the start of next season? I assume his contract was 4 years from when he signed?
