Sounds a bit defeatist to me. We are gonna have to beat them all anyway if we want to win the whole thing. I also don't think fatigue/tiredness is gonna matter much if anything tbh. It's a massive game at home against one of the favorites, the crowd behind the team and so on. Tiredness is also very much a mental thing (to a big degree). Players can do more than they imagine sometimes when there's a massive game. Different in less important games though. Why even think about wankers being wankers, nevermind beforehand I think we will win this one 3-1. Piss off City!

I agree that we need this type of player. However 80-100m on Elliott would be a terrible use of funds.

Understand he’s a local and all that, but I still struggle to comprehend how anyone would like us to go/try for him for the amount of money he’d cost. Good player yes. However, how much would he actually strengthen us? Especially when you consider how that amount of money could be used to strengthen other starting positions where we’re actually much weaker, both when it comes to starting positions as well as depth. Would be an idiotic use of funds. I would like us to sell Willock and get another CM in, but not one for that price (at the cost of other more urgent positions).
