I’m glad he didn’t, especially for the price. IF we even were interested to begin with. We don’t need or should spunk massive money on players that don’t offer a lot apart from in transitions. Put Elanga in a team that isn’t massively about transitions mainly and he’s isn’t all that, I’ve seen him play for years. At Nottingham he’s at the perfect place for him. It doesn’t mean he would be a great signing for us. If we are to evolve we need different skills than him and Barnes for example. I very much doubt any of the best clubs would even think about signing Elanga. Actually they might, clubs do make odd transfers. 90% of this post was just me talking in general, and not in reply to your post.
