A couple of key signings and we might see a lift in the camp spirits.

I am actually quite pleased with this one if it goes through. Good value, still young and a player who fills a position we are short in

First the move for Veloso is revelaed to be a stunning swoop for Kevin Nolan, now Ebondo has seemingly morphed into Ryan Taylor. We just need M'Bia to be transformed into Lee Carsley and it's pie and chips all round.

Carroll's got a couple of goals but he still looks like a big clumsy twat to me. Still this might fit well with Joe's big new plans for Newcastle.

He's a lot worse than Parker imo. Nolan is a slow midfield clogger whose knack of hitting a few nice volleys each season has bought him a reputation that he doesn't match up to. The price isn't that big though so if he gets a couple of those volleys to move you up the table then he'll pay his fee back. in a nutshell.

Nolan's the type of player we wouldn't touch with a barge pole if we weren't in relegation trouble. I hope I'm wrong but as a team we look like going back to the long ball style that Kinnear knows best.

Nolan gets into goalscoring areas which is something all of our players lack, we definitely need more players with a goal instinct. Other than getting goals he's always struck me as a fairly shit footballer, very basic in a Vinnie Jones sort of way. Might get us the goal which saves our premier status so we'll have to go with it I suppose.

with the latest headlines suggesting that Geremi was being flogged yesterday day-time, but it fell through, then he's being made to play away at City during shit times and form. Just goes to show what's contributing towards putting these players down mentally. They all have there eye on another club (or a move) or they are effected by how shit things are right now.
