  1. Trap probably wouldn't have started him anyway.
  2. Man United have never spent anything like the way the likes of Chelsea and Man City have in recent years. They've spent big money on individual players yes, but generally they've built their team gradually over the years while City and Chelsea have just gone out and built whole new teams over the space of about a year or two. Also, I think if you're winning the league every year, selling out an 80,000 seater stadium every second week and playing in the Champions League year after year you're entitled to spend a bit of the money you pull in on the occasional big money purchase. Nowhere near comparable situations tbh.
  3. He has his worst games for us when we're against weaker teams and are expected to take the game to them. Loses the ball arsing about in midfield when in his role he should be looking to mostly play it quick and simple. He's at his best when the other side has the ball, at which point he's an absolute beast. For Man U that would be a real problem as they're the stronger team in 90% of their games, he'd be wasted there tbh. If he can develop that part of his game then he could be a target for a team like Man U, but he's not quite there yet IMO.
  4. I'll be fucking furious if Smith is anywhere near the team for this. He's proven himself to be absolutely and completely fucking useless, a liability of the highest order. There's no good excuse to start the useless cunt, and if we do so and lose I'll be fucking livid. We've five days before the Stoke game, start a strong team and try to win the fucking competition.

  6. Hordes of "lifelong" City fans about to start springing up. I live in Korea. Trust me, it's already begun.
  7. If you honestly can't see the massive difference between the way the two sides were built you're on glue tbh.
  8. I do agree generally, was hoping Man U would win today. City blatantly have it in the bag though so may as well see Man U get thumped at home, much as I may prefer them to City they're still cunts.
  9. Actually burst out laughing when I saw the chance watching Match of the Day, didn't know the full time score so just assumed it was in.
  10. Beautiful from Silva there. Really dislike Man City, would be class to see Man U getting a pasting at home though so hope they just go through them now.

    Sunderland...

    But they DOMINATED.
  12. Some serious underrating of his ability in here IYAM. Yes, he's an absolute tank of a lad who absolutely dominates in the air, but he's a mobile fella for his size and has a pretty decent touch. He's far from being a one trick pony and I'd stick him in the team ahead of any of our strikers in a flash if he was still at the club. That said, I think it was a good deal for the club when we sold him and if we were going to spend 20m or so I reckon we'd do much better spending it on two or three players than throwing it all at bringing Carroll back.
  13. Be possibly the ugliest game of football ever tbh.
  14. If he bombs out completely at Liverpool he could be back in a couple of years, Liverpool won't give up on him any time soon though and rightfully so.
  15. Just like last time we made it to the Euros. http://www.dermothardy.com/pictures/scoreboard%20from%20england%20end.JPG

Gonna be class when Bruce does go, he'll eventually have that realization that he's spent a couple of years making everybody in his home city hate him in an attempt to endear himself to another city of people who'll ultimately think he's a useless cunt and will be delighted to see the back of him.
