He's been fine. He's an ok PL backup. He's still slow as shit though, and thus doesn't make certain saves he should, and also makes other saves look rather hollywood. Not sure if the slowness is physical or just about his reaction speed, though given his appearance, I'd guess the former.

Lots of people seem pro Tiote starting, but honestly I'll be surprised if we see him in a NUFC shirt more than a handful of times before he's off in the summer.
