That photo has led to some confusing feelings.

It's a good appointment, he's an up and coming manager and has the right mindset on how to play (judging from his spell at Brighton) but I can see him getting sick of being Sunderland manager eventually, they all do. It'll all go to shit eventually.

Will be all that is talked about in the build up to the derby I know it is anguish-worthy but it will be a niggling thing people will have in the back of their heads. Over the top? Maybe...
-
Well then, if this goes through, then my irrational hatred for Poyet will become somewhat rational. The outcome of the Derby will be unpredictable as ever though but Poyet's record against Pardew makes for bad reading for us.

Would be a massive improvement on the current one. Canny.

Mistake for the goal aside, he did look okay yesterday. Mind you, it is indicative of the times when we're still counting on Mike "The Other Guy" Williamson at CB. But guess I would still keep him on as 4th choice CB - he has remained professional about it all (especially the "other guy" comments from Pardew) and guess that has to count for something.
-
Although he still really hasn't done anything of note this season in the PL, he has somehow been involved in the buildup to most of the goals - this certainly doesn't justify a place in the starting lineup but he seems to be getting into the right positions, it's just that he just can't score himself - it's definitely a confidence thing imo.

Platini being fucking clueless as fucking always then! Needs to revisit the classroom and take part in Geography lessons again. Might as well send France to the Asian Cup too and see how feasible it is.

Aye, he was fine.

This was a good and much needed win after the s**** we witnessed on Monday night. I was pretty happy with our first half performance - whilst I thought that we weren't that spectacular, we did have a simple yet effective gameplan of just attacking/taking the game to Cardiff - the way we kept on pressing was pleasing to see. Cardiff didn't really offer much in the first half though which did help us too - Krul didn't really have to do anything. The second half was an atrocious showing mind and yet again, we basically shat ourselves when the opposition scored a goal - it was a game of two halves really - we were by far second best in the second half and Cardiff probably deserved something in the end but f*** it, a win's a win and it's 3 massive points. Another thing I'd like to add is that it was great to see Cabaye put in a good performance - he was like his old battling/hardworking self again instead of the sulky Cabaye we saw last season - it can only help us in the long run if he continues to put in performances in the same vein as today. Tiote looked alright, for the first time in ages and Cisse had one of his better games too (although that's not saying much considering his performances so far this season have been well below average but baby steps maybe). Remy was again immense and we really need to tie him down on a permanent deal as soon as possible (and provided he's innocent of any wrongdoing). That's now two successful away trips for me, it looks like my jinx has well and truly gone

From where I was standing, I thought Remy's first goal was deflected in. I have since seen the goal on MOTD and that is a great goal. We need to sign Remy permanently sooner rather than later (provided he's innocent of any wrongdoing of course) - we should look to get something by January at the very latest.

This made me f***ing laugh: The sheer arrogance of Man U supporters man.

Yeah. Welsh Mackems. Yeah, coming to think this way. It's sad really.

Cardiff fans are most unpleasant. Just been told to fuck off by various people on this train.
-
What the fuck does Moyes think he's doing? If he gets outsmarted by Kevin Ball ffs
-
Didn't get stalked btw, safe and sound inside the stadium!
-
Watch yourself, sounds a bit odd. They were drinking on the train so that might have been a contributing factor, they basically made the trip down without tickets. Exactly the kind of setup which sees you stalked and relieved of your tickets. Just saying, keep you head about you till you get in the ground. Cheers for the concern mate. Should be fine though, just have to be vigilant. Got about 2 hours to roam around the city centre now...

On another note, just had some pricks pester me for my ticket and they seemed really offended when I said no. Fuck off.

Oppo Pardew Style.

Missed my train by a minute oops.

I reckon the team will basically be the same as the one against Everton except it will be Williamson in for Yanga-Mbiwa (which I don't really want to see) and Cabaye in for Anita [/pardewlogic]. Is Bellamy fit for them btw?

Or not, yay. EDIT: wait, hang on, why am I going again?
