Nowhere, he doesn't say it. He says mid December. Training with the group soon, will need a period of weeks to get up to speed. To be fair, they're all guessing based on what Howe has said, and we know not to always believe that.

im no fan of what Wissa did, but he trained with Brentford right up until the move, or certainly a couple of days before. I know he left a training camp early to come back and meet the sporting director, but he was training with the team for the majority of pre season.

Possibly waiting for his final decision. Or waiting for Hopkinson to get settled and make sure he was a good fit. maybe a bit of both
