Wilson has agreed to come according to Jacobs.

I don't think you ever know the answer to that question until you seem them play on that sort of team
-
He plays the same aside as VVD. Natrually he'll need replacing at some point, but Liverpool have bigger, more immediate centre half issues than that as it stands.
-
surely that's normal practice?
-
I thought he got schooled at times today. Big fan of his though, and hope we see him back.
-
This is nonsense imo. His injury record is impeccable. This is bad luck, simple as that.
-
He’s going to be absolutely terrific.
-
He’s excellent. Really exciting player. He’ll only get better as he gets used to the team and vice versa. Love him already.
-
How is it a double win? It’s only a double win if you’re a Sunderland fan, surely?
-
He'd walk back here as well. Hopefully we make it happen.

What’s he played for us? 180 mins of football? So far he’s scored a very good goal, been robbed of a pen and we’ve seen some deft touches and really nice link up play. it’s impossible to say what he is or what he can/can’t do after 180 mins. Because in 180 mins of football he’s proven he can be a ‘9’ and also a ‘10’. lets enjoy him and see how he evolves, it’ll be a great ride.

Article says they’ll give Thomas Frank £1.2bn to spend on the team. How?
-
He could solve one of our biggest issues which is when teams sit off us.
-
Why not? He’s played two systems in 4 days.
-
He was excellent tonight. Hopefully it does his confidence the world of good.
-
I think he’s excellent. Once he gets up to speed he’ll be some player.

Hugo Ekitike (not playing for Liverpool for a while)
lovejoy replied to Miggys First Goal's topic in Football
Yep, theres no way they cause the stink they did with Isak and pay a record transfer fee for Ekitike to be the main man. He's backup, and he'll know it. -
He’ll be ready before Brighton but held back as they don’t want him to go away again.
-
Imagine the meltdown if we’d have kept Wilson? 😂 If we’d kept him we may well not have had Wissa at all. The desperation to over pay by about £20m just wouldn’t have been there.

The end is nigh for Emery I reckon, there's a decent read in the Athletic about it today. Would be interested to get @brummie take.

What a load of nonsense.
