I agree that he needs more regular games. I also think keeping him here to work with our squad and staff will have its benefits as if he goes out he'll probably go to a club which doesn't have out facilities. Doing well in front of our manager will get him more brownie points than playing 5 good games away from the club at a lower level.

Most of the photo's are brilliant and bring back some good and not so good memories.

I think Ranger will do better if we keep him here rather than loaning him out.

Ranger is better now than Carroll was 2 years ago, I doubt that he'll make the kind of improvement that Carroll did from Christmas before last until he left though.

Apart from a forward, I'd say a Nolan replacement should be next on the wishlist.

An upgrade on Nolan would help the team move on more than cover for Tiote would.

The Reading site says £25,000 as has been posted above yours, I would guess that the buying club knows best. I've got a list of every player he's signed and it doesn't look too good to me so if his claim to transfer fame is two players since 1999 then I hope that somebody else is buying for him.
