If I had a choice of those games I would go for the ones I've made bold, it's close.
  2. Some, not all, Liverpool fans want them to field a weakened side against us so that we can win and stay up. http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=282654.4560 Edit. It looks like only one of them does.
  3. I thought that they were great goals, not goal of the month candidates but they were fighting goals where we could have easily given up on and not scored.

    Jamaal Lascelles

He's had a really good week, he did a good interview earlier in the week and he took it into the game and was possibly my man of the match.
  5. I'm not sure we've had a better tactical manager, we probably haven't and that's not me saying he's better than Keegan or Bobby. Only time will tell on that one but I do think he influences games more through interventions over the 90 minutes than the other 2 did, at least he has so far. Maybe that will happen less if we keep him and get a decent team, maybe it's just that he has to.

    Paul Dummett

It shouldn't have to be the case but I'm glad that he's back.
  7. The best we can hope for is to keep the goal difference down.
  8. Wijnaldum is more than capable of playing well and he would give us a massive boost if he could get back to his best.
  9. I can't see us getting anything from this, they have far too much movement for us.
  10. Rafa is probably the biggest immediate upgrade we could have hoped for in any position within the club.
  11. He did most things well and didn't look out of place, I think he gave us more protection than Janmaat usually does. Two weeks ago I would have thrown him in the Tyne.
  12. It's so good having a manager who knows what he's doing. He'll totally change the club next season if we're clever enough to keep him.
  13. We would have been mid-table by now.
  14. Sissoko was quite good today, the extra responsibility of the armband may have give him a lift and the goal will not do him any harm, he took it well.
  15. We needed fresh legs in midfield.
  16. He got the starting 11 right and his substitutions made the difference when we looked as if we were on the ropes, the man is a genius.

7 and that will go to 5 if we win on Tuesday.
  18. Take a bow, he got everything right today, absolutely everything.
  19. Brilliant result and this could be the kick start we needed, the new manager boost starts here.
