    Alan Shearer

He's had a right go at Carr there. He's right, they're all to blame.

Shearer and Keegan both stick up for our managers and it should be expected. Both have worked for the club, both have been treated s*** by the club and both will expect that the same things are happening to others that happened to them.
  3. The only person who I think could come in and give everybody a lift from day 1 would be Rafa Benitez. Do I think he'd come here? I think he would if the offer was right for him and I think we're capable(have the means) of putting a good enough package to him but unsure we've got the intelligence at the club to do it.

    Steve McClaren

He seems to put trust before talent.

    Steve McClaren

Someone tweet him to f*** off. I think he's right that McClaren will be sacked, the only hope for McClaren is that we can't get a replacement for him.

    Steve McClaren

The only glimmer of hope is that in the past they've been quick to put out statements. We could easily be saying nothing while looking for a replacement, no other reason would make sense. My guess is he'll only stay if they can't bring in who they want.

    Pearson would be a disaster.

I'm hoping Ashley see's the grim reaper.

It took them until the Tuesday to sack Hughton and they'd already had Pardew lined up for the job weeks earlier.

I've just checked, it was a Tuesday morning.

I'm sure Hughton went during the working week, I heard it on the radio while travelling to work mid morning.

A capable manager wouldn't have us in our current position, it's as simple as that.

    Steve McClaren

Unfortunately highly likely being the cheap option It's not the cheap option though, sticking with him at this stage will cost us £millions and doing the same next season will probably keep us in the championship. The cheap option will be to sack him now and bring in a suitable replacement.

It is fair to blame him, he's shite and he's going to get us relegated because he can't do his job to even a reasonable standard.

Shouldn't they be singing about Adam Johnson?

    Steve McClaren

Allowing McClaren to remain at the club after today would be absolutely moronic. It's not as if he improved the team after he's had the backing of in the region of £80 million, he hasn't done anything to suggest that better times are just around the corner. If Charnley carries on fiddling while Rome burns then he's the most clueless inept MD I have ever come across in any situation and I've seen one or two shit ones who have bluffed their way into jobs they weren't qualified for. The inaction from within the club makes us look like driftwood and for that reason we can have no complaints if and when we go down, we'll deserve it.
  17. McClaren singled him out for praise after the game.

    I'd already corrected it, bastard.
  20. f***ing football tourists man. They're getting exactly what they deserve! At least they've added to the pressure on the manager to go.

Unless we bin McClaren and replace him we'', we're almost certain to go down.
