Martins. It's not easy to come from the Italian league to English football and with all our inuries he still has played well and is proving to be a great buy and all at 22 years of age.

If he keeps scoring goals in games then the rest of his game can be poor because we need someone to put it in the net from open play and thats what he is doing, winning us vital games. It's when the goals dry up then the problem starts for me.

Well a win is a win and this game was vital to win or all the boo boys would be back out and including myself I would have criticised as we should be expecting to really do them at home but Martins is playing some special stuff and the boy I've back since he was 15, Steven Taylor is doing the business and showing true class.

When Dyer starts we always have a chance to get a few goals.

That's what I'd be playing today, maybe when Emre's back fit, start changing it but today rest Nicky Butt and start Kieron and Scott, Dyer throught the middle will create goals. Fact.

Taylor has been pretty much ever present this season, fair play to the lad, doing a good job at the back for us.

In all fairness we havn't won there in 20 years, and they beat us 5-0 there not too long ago so it is more possible for a 6-0 loss than a 2-1 Newcastle win.
