We need players who can play in the PL without drastically reducing the quality of our performance. Id be far more confident in Ramsey than Longstaff or Willock.

I genuinely cant understand the mentality of anyone who says "get rid" or "let him go" etc. Do they not realise by giving him what he wants we are just allowing other players to do the same? Make him stay, his value will hold. Sell him next summer and add a Liverpool tax. The crucial thing in all of this is making sure we get Wissa. Wissas injury record is good and would probably see us through most of the season. We could even find a loan deal for someone to support him.

They going racing or something like?

I was going to say the same thing... however... Isn't it interesting that Ornstein never reports the club side of the narrative? His tone and story is always a one of a journalist who's got a vested interest in the transfer happening, as opposed to reporting the neutral viewpoint. I do agree that if hes given information, he has to run it though.

I think its clear from the club that they no longer realistically hold any hope of him playing for the club again. This is about not being bullied by a player and setting a precedent. If he wants to ruin a year of his career or be sent into exile, thats his choice. With it being 3 years, his value will hold (mostly) and we get the added bonus of being able to attract other clubs into the mix.

Downie reckon Brentford are close to getting Dango, so hopefully Wissa will follow quickly.
-
I dont want him to leave but I also think we should respect his wishes.

Thats how we play anyway. Howe loves a mid range pinger into a winger, forward or running midfielder. So long as hes decent at playing short, that will do Howe.

I think they will stay up. I know some dont like to hear this but they are club that if they get momentum, they can bounce from one game to the next. They also have a home stadium which is capable of creating an atmosphere. Theyve also spent shit loads across the board. You'd expect with that volume of signings, they'd be able to cobble together a side that can at least give them a punchers chance. Theyve taken an almighty gamble though. If they go down, they are going to have major trouble getting rid of these players.

Burn should never play left back again like. If Hall and Tino weren't available, id rather Tripper went there.

You wont get that content until 2026 man.

I love all this shit. Give me more.

This cunt landed in God's country yet?

No, you see in the game of twats whack-a-mole, they have now switched to another argument, now the criticism is either: A) weve overpaid B) weve ran out of ideas by going for long term targets When we sign Wissa, despite him being African, the brexit Eddie stuff will be back in full swing.
