Was just thinking how impressed I was with him then he waltzed out of defence and gave the ball away. Apart from that he was superb. Incredible in the air too.

I worry when he's on the ball. He just doesn't look confident with the ball, especially in comparison to our other 3/4 centre backs. He seems to have lost all his confidence but if it's to do with the stick he got, it's entirely his own fault. I still think he's a good player, when he's on form.

If we sign Almiron for anything over 15m, then I would take that as a huge nudge towards a possible takeover.

Personally thought he got both the Yedlin and Perez decisions correct. Lascelles never looked like getting there IMO and unless you can prove intent from Boly I can't see how you can send him off for the elbow. He didn't look at Perez, so if he was trying to elbow him, it was guesswork. Mike Dean is still a horrendous cunt though.
