Ive been waiting for someone to say he is over rated, I totally agree. I didnt wanna say anything because i'd probably get ridiculed, Some people make out he's this world class defender but when compared against true worldclass defenders like Terry, Nesta, Cannavaro etc etc he is average. King is better than what we have atm and i feel people are over rating Taylor but i can understand that because it seem we have a defender with the potential to be a very very good defender.

People are acting as thou Arsenal aint gonna replace Henry, Dont get me wrong Henry was great for Arsenal but they wont be going into the season without replacing Henry. I think with 2 or 3 players Arsenal will be more than capable of finishing top 4, Typical over reacting on this forum last season people were predicting West Ham would finish top 4 because they had the 2 Argies. IMHO i cant see Spurs finishing top 4 because they have a very poor defence and a very average midfield, Last season they scored a lot of goals but only managed +3 goal difference.

Good post, Another reason why im happy about getting Rozehnal is the fact that over the past few years we seem to be buying players from bigger clubs who were either passed their best or couldnt get a game but SA seems to be buying players who are viewed as their clubs best player. Ive never watched Rozehnal play for PSG but he cant be that bad if he was voted PSG's player of the season and was in the French league team of the year despite PSG struggling.

Well, it's still an area of debate among Spurs fans to be fair: we coped pretty well in the end with pretty much close to the maximum number of games we could hope for. Berbatov, Keane and Defoe scored over 60 goals between them. The obvious thing is the need for an upgrade on Mido, who's never fit to replace or play with Berbatov, so why upset the current trio who are doing a sterling job for us? The most obvious solution is to buy a true '4th striker' who won't challenge for a first team place, but can come in and play the target man when we need to give Berbatov a rest. Maybe blood, or buy a youth striker. When goalscoring is probably the least of our problems, I can understand why it'd look odd to spend £12m+ on another striker. That a very simple question to answer. Bent possesess atributes that make it easy for him to play with BOTH Keane and Berbatov whereas Defoe and Keane simply cannot play together. We were extremely lucky last season that Berbatov didnt suffer any major injuries but there were times during the last stretch of the season that it was painfully obvious Berbatov needed a rest but we just couldnt give him one. Seeing as Keane is a better player then Defoe, it would have to be Defoe thats sold Aint there a Spurs Forum where you 2 can go and chat about Spurs?
